•Hadrian is about 1-2 years old.•"A boy, obviously. The Potters haven't had a girl in centuries," Sirius replies.
"Actually Sirius..." James trails off. All of their eyes widen.
"Are you serious?" Voldemort asks, just as shocked.
"Yeah, we got a girl," Lilly says looking down at her daughter. Sirius faints with Voldemort catching him. Remus states at the girl in awe, so does Bellatrix. They wake Sirius up.
"Potter, my daughter is about your son's age." The strange 'light' family look at Bellatrix in shock.
"You have a daughter?" James asks.
"Hermione Narcissa Lestrange," she replies with a nod. The 4 congratulate her. She thanks them and returns the favor. She offers to set up playdates for the kids, at least the girls. They agree to think about it.
"So, what's her name?" Sirius asks.
"Cherish Kealie Tatiana Ivy Eclipse Potter-Black... If you still want to blood adopt her," James tells Sirius. He's then tackled by Sirius in a hug.
"Lord Potter." They all look at Voldemort.
"I know this will sound strange but could you check her for Soul Mate Marks." They give him a confused look.
"The name is familiar, that's why I'm asking."
"We'll have it checked by the goblins once a year," James agrees.
"You're very... Accepting of what's going on," Bellatrix points out to Sirius.
"I'm a Black, I'm dark but hate my mother," he answers with a shrug.
"I'm a Wizard Werewolf," Remus admits, rubbing the back of his neck.
"The Potters have always been a gray family and lean towards dark. I only fight against you because you were kind of insane," James tells Voldemort.
"I'm a muggleborn. Either I fought or was hunted down," Lilly explains.
"We should set up a meeting spot. So you can talk with Frank. I don't think he'll bring Alice or Neville until it's cleared up," Remus suggests.
"The goblins are fully neutral," Voldemort suggests/comments.
"How about next week? I'll give Frank a overview so he might bring Alice and Neville," James says.
"It'd be a good chance for the kids to meet," Lilly says. She looks at Voldemort.
"But so much as twitch wrong and I will be the 1 throwing Killing Curses."
"Fair enough," he agrees with a nod.
"As a show of good faith, Peter Pettigrew is a Death Eater." Their eyes widen.
"I suspect Dumbledore put him up to it."
"Does he...." Remus trails off.
"He has a mark, yes."
"Can I come closer to see her?" Bellatrix asks Lilly. Lilly nods and Bellatrix pulls out her wand. She hands it to Sirius as a sign of peaceful intention. Then she goes to Lilly. She moves the blanket a bit before suddenly backing away quickly. As she backs away she grabs her left arm. She yanks the sleeve up and they see the snake of her Dark Mark moving. Voldemort pays close attention to it.
"It's not supposed to do that, is it?" Lilly asks.
"No. It should only respond to Parseltongue or my magic." He takes out his wand and holds the handle towards Lilly.
"Try to get her to hold it." They're all confused but Lilly carefully takes the wand. She uncovers Cherish enough to get to her hand. James puts Cherish's hand on the wand handle. A snake made of gray mist comes out of the wand.
"What does that mean?" Sirius asks.
"I put a small ruin set on it. The snake means she's a Parselmouth. The gray means her core is naturally gray, completely neutral." They return the wand and Lilly wraps Cherish back up. James holds her before passing her to Sirius. It takes some debate before Remus agrees to hold her. She instantly starts babbling with a smile. Remus's eyes turn amber and he let's out a growl like purr. She gets passed back to James. He shares a look with Lilly before letting Bellatrix hold Cherish. Cherish stares at her for a few moments, dead in the eye. The snake on Bellatrix's arm starts moving around. It completely removes itself from the skull. It goes up her arm and later appears going up her neck. It goes to the back of her neck and Bellatrix's eyes glaze over. After a moment the glaze leaves and Cherish starts babbling. The snake moves back down Bellatrix's arm. However, it coils around her arm. Lilly gets Voldemort to hold Cherish but he's as stiff as a board. Cherish, however, seems very happy. She starts babbling right away.
"She's not a bomb," Lilly tells Voldemort with a giggle.
"She's as fragile as a bomb," he argues. It's a weak argument but he doesn't care. They're all amused by his tenseness. Soon the doors burst open and Klaus walks in. Elijah sighs as he follows his younger brother in.
