The first born,
The eldest.
The one everyone relies on.
Being stranded on a desert island
With 500 people and being expected
To somehow bring them all home
To safely all by yourself.
Sure,
people might pitch their ideas.
They might encourage you to
try your hardest.
Or they might even all the
pressure off your shoulders for
a couple of hours.
But in the end,
The spotlight is always on you.
You're always the one to clean everyone
elses mess.
You're the one to recognise the draws.
You're even the one coking dinner when
Everyone else is busy watching tv.
And even though you might have siblings
One, two or three,
You're always going to be the one they depend on.
And if you refuse,
You're going to be the one everyone blames,
You're always going to be the first born,
N/A sorry if any of you can relate to this.
