The night walk : Chapter 2

Day 5

For Kaizen so far it felt as if he had been in prison for years. He wasn’t sure what to make out of it, but at least he had Koda by his side. As things slowly got boring, and repetitive he noticed Alexander was slowly by each day, getting close to him. He found that a bit interesting. Kaizen was wondering. Can cops favorite people? Or is he just watching me cause he thinks I took out the buzz kills. He wondered, He was sitting in the yard picking at the grass. “HEY kaizen come join us” Koda called out, but Kaizen wasn't interested in playing silly games. He just wanted out. He didn't want anything to do with this prison but yet he is stuck here. But atleast he knew nothing could possibly get worse. Kaizen sighed, he looked at the sky that was yellow with a fade of orange. The sun shined making a beautiful atmosphere. Why didn't I get punished? Kaizen wondered. The buzz kills sat on the benches at the other side of the yard, huddled  up together. Kaizen nervously picked at the grass. His head started to hurt. He laid down in pain hoping the headache would pass by, then he blacked out. Officer Alexander was watching Koda and a couple of other prisoners play soccer, doing his duty. But when he decided to peek at Kaizen he saw him lying there asleep. “What on tarnation is he doing” Alexander whispered to himself. He slightly moved himself closer to Kaizen’s unconscious body glancing at it more closely. The more he moved closer to Kaizen the more he was closer to his face. Alexander slightly blushed as he thought more about what was happening at the moment.

Alexander knelt down getting closer to Kaizen, and looked around to see if anyone could witness what he was about to do, and once he saw no one was near the area he leaned in closer to Kaizen’s face, then placed a soft kiss on his cheek. However it turned out Kaizen woke up. His eyes widened and he let out a quick scream pulling himself back. Kaizen starred at Alexander for a moment “Ah um, I’m sorry I fell asleep” Kaizen brushes grass off his arm. Alexander sighed, relieved that Kaizen didn't notice what happened. “You're good, just uh don't fall asleep again okay” Alexander tried to play it cool but was sweating and smiling nervously while saying that. Kaizen starred as he studied Alexander and thought to himself. Are cops normally this weird.. or is it just this one. Alexander quickly got up and walked away nervously, His face felt red. “Are you okay Alexander, You look sick?” Officer Alan asked while smoking. “Oh ha I do? I uh I-” Alan eyes widened a little over Alexander's odd behavior “It’s so hot out here am I right” Alan looked Alexander up and down “Uhm sure, I'll just take over the shift, you go rest” Alexander walked away heading to the cafeteria, to see if dinner was done for the prisoners. Yard time finished and all the prisoners headed to the cafeteria, to eat dinner. Alexander was watching Kaizen from a far. Alexander was being drawn to Kaizen, and he couldn't figure out why. What was so special about this new prisoner? He wondered. Alexander almost shot across the room when he got a tap on his shoulder “woah chill out partner it's just me” Azaad grabbed Alexander and pulled him into a hallway, close to the Cafeteria. “So You say you're in love? Who's the lucky girl” Azaads eyebrows went up in down as he smirked. Alexander face got gloomy and he thought. Gee what in the hay should I even tell em. I might be gay and in love with one of our own prisoners! Azaad would go insane that sounds darn crazy. Alexander realized it was too soon and he still isn't sure if this is even love. “Get pranked,” He said and chuckled a bit. “Damm I honestly thought you were darn touting serious!?” Azaad laughed slightly. “We Should get back to our shift” Azaad Mentioned Alexander nodded and they both went back to the cafeteria.

Alexander and Azaad were walking to the cafeteria when all of a sudden they heard people shouting “FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT” “That can't be good” Alexander said “Yup” Azaad agreed and they both rushed into the cafeteria To see everyone circling, Logan And Kaizen. The only prison guard who was in the Cafeteria was knocked out. “I'M GONNA KILL YOU FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE. I TOLD YOU NOT THE MESS WITH ME” Logan shouted “Okay man?” Kaizen replied. Alexander and Azaad both took out their batons and tried to stop the commotion but when Azaad got close he was hit out cold. Alexander's jaw dropped. He gripped his radio. “Guys I need backup, I have 2 knocked out cops, and a fight is going on” Logan threw his first punch knocking Kaizen down. “Roger that, we coming” Alexander got filled with rage as he watched Kaizen get punched. Kaizen struggled of how strong Logan is but still got  up real quick but was hit back over by Logan. Logan pinned Kaizen to the floor and started punching him like crazy. The crowd only grew louder. “FIGHT!!” Alexander pulled out his taser, but at the angle he was at he would never be able to hit Logan. So he climbed on a table. Alexander was trying to get a clear shot to not hit Kaizen. Logan gets tazed, he falls back in pain, wallowing. Kaizen sits up barely, coughing up blood as his face started to swell. Alexander got to the middle of the fight. He Looked at Kaizen to see how much Logan had got him. Blood was pouring down Kaizens face. Alexander wanted to take out his gun and blow Logan’s brains out. Cops barged into the Cafeteria demanding everyone to go to their cells immediately. Most of the prisoners moved out the way, heading to their cells. Two cops picked up Logan “Wait till the ward hears about this one bud” Officer Sean Chuckled as they dragged Logan out the cafeteria. Alexander helped Kaizen up. “I'll bring you to the med, okay.” Alexander said as his heart got faster. Kaizen was wobbling, Alexander was helping him keep his balance. Kaizen’s world was spinning, ears ringing. And he was unsure what was going on.
