-𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑨 𝑾𝑰𝑳𝑳𝑰𝑨𝑴𝑺-
I sat at the desk for four hours, writing this paper. Val was at work and she wouldn't be coming back until later. I'd also spent this time to study for my upcoming exams. It would be the very last time I would have to ever study again. I was really excited that I would be graduating, I was in a beautiful relationship, my money was stacked. My family was taken care of and I didn't have anything else to worry about.
I added the finishing touches to my paper. I've only managed to write four, But so far it was going well. I decided to take a break from writing. I stood up and stretched then I went downstairs to the kitchen. Only to be stopped by the rose petals on the floor going from the stairs leading to the pool. I covered my mouth feeling myself tear up.
I Followed the path in utter shock seeing what she had done for me. there she stood at the end of the path with flowers and chocolates. "What is This??" I knew what it was my dumbass just couldn't comprehend in the moment. "I wanted to ask you to be my Valentine's" She smiled. I almost cried, she did all of this just to ask me to be her valentines.
She could have written it on a card and I'd still say yes. But doing all this for me.. I walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her neck. I pulled her by her tie and kissed her. This was the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. We pulled away after a minute, "Yes I will be your Valentines." She smiled and wrapped her arms around me and brought me into another sweet kiss.
I giggled and pulled away, little did she know. I grabbed the flowers and chocolates from her with a smile. Then I placed them down on a near by chair, Smiling innocently I placed my hand on her chest. And her smile faltered as if she knew immediately what I was up to. Before she could do anything I pushed her into the pool.
She came up for hair glaring at me with a grin. "Ha ha very funny" she said in a monotone voice. I kept laughing "I'm sorry y-you sh-should have seen y-your fa-face" I exclaimed clutching my stomach. She chuckled and shook her head then swam to the steps. I grabbed my flowers and chocolates and headed towards the door in case she tried anything.
She got out of the pool and walked over to the chair to grab the towel to dry her self off. Then she looked at me with a smirk and dashed towards me full speed. I ran into the house screaming and giggling and booked it for the stairs only for her to grab me from behind by my waist and lift me into the air. I giggled as she laid me down on the couch and tried kissing me.
"Babe!! You got me all wet!" I said while giggling, she laid still on top of me soaking me with her wet clothes. She kissed my lips with so much passion, that we almost didn't pull away for air. "I love you" Val said with so much raw emotion in her voice and a twinkle in her eyes. I smiled and muttered a 'I love you' back. We continued to lay on the couch soaking in each other's presence (no pun intended).
Ew. This is the best I came up with after being gone for so damn long- 😭 I'm so sorry y'all idk wtf I was thinking.
College is whooping my ass rn 😞 it's not fun. But it is at the same time. Well not the workload but yeah. I'll try to update when I can. I promise the next chapter will be better and longer.
