A/n: edited 7/13/2024 I changed the inheritance around the Slytherin inherited by conquest, Hufflepuff by maternal not paternal, and Ravenclaw was paternal. I also fixed some errors in this chapter.

Third pov:

Sparkmid-" Mr.Potter I have been the manager to the Potter family for 13 generations now you being part of the thirteenth generation. I wanted to talk with you when you first came in with Rubeus Hagrid however he rushed you off so quickly that I never got the chance to speak with you."

Harry-"I am sorry about that Hagrid was in a hurry to return to Hogwarts. Also, call me Harry we going to see a lot of each other in the future so it is easier."

Sparkmid-"It is fine Harry now that you are here we can talk. What all do you want to discuss and what do you want to start with?"

Harry-"Well that depends on what all there is there and what all you want to discuss?"

Sparkmid-"Well there is your parent's will, list of business investments, account balance, account statements, properties, etc."

Harry's face lit up after hearing the many things they could go over. He was surprised that he was only just now hearing of the will he had thought they died before they could make one but to hear they left one before death brought him some joy as he could find out if there was any properties left that he could go to instead of buying one since he didn't plan to go back to the Dursleys. Sparkmid pulls out some documents and shuffles through the documents searching through.

Sparkmid-"First thing we will go over is your parent's last will and testament."

Harry-"Yeah that sounds great for the longest time I thought they died without a will."

Sparkmid then pulls out a parchment and hands it over to Harry. Harry begins to read the parchment not knowing that he will feel eminence anger at the end of reading the will.

Content of his parents will:

I, Lord Jameson Charles Potter, being of sound, mind, and body, hereby declare this to be my last will and testament.

I, Lady Lily Marie Potter 'nee' Evans, being of sound, mind, and body, hereby declare this my last will and testament.

To Sirius Black, We leave 1.5 million galleons, all the Marauders journals, and a lifetime voucher for a monthly delivery of Celestial Dogs shampoos. Finally, we leave you that one motorcycle I own that you were eyeing more than the others.
