New guy.

Hi my name is Amber and I'm going to tell you the story of us.

"Psst. Amber,Amber,Amber! Get up!",my brother Tony said tapping my shoulder.

"Huh...uh. Ten more minutes.", I said pulling the sheets over my head.

"Amber if you don't get up I'll sit on your face...so get up!",Tony said and knowing my brother you tell him and he'll do it.

"Ok.ok I'm up. I'm up.",I said pulling my sheets off and forgetting since last night was really hot that I was only wearing my bra and underwear.

"Oh God!Amber where the heck are your clothes?!",Tony said covering his eyes with his hands.

"Oh Jesus! Tony I am so sorry.",I said getting a robe from my closet.

"Dam right you're sorry you just blinded your sweet innocent brothers eyes!",Tony said as I pushed him out of my room.

"Oh shut up Tony.",I said closing the door. Time to get ready for school.

At school:
"Hey Jade,any news that happen before I got here?",I asked my best friend Jade.

"Yeah, have you seen the new guy he's pretty hot!", Jade said all giggly and happy.

"No I haven't seen him actually,is he a geek like us?", I said trying to sound interested.

"I don't know, but I know that he does read wattpad!",Jade said sounding like a fangirl. Jade and I are nerds by heart,we are Marvel geeks and wattpad nerds. So we're sisters by heart.

"That's different what's his name?", I asked.

"It's funny his name is Casper Lannings.",Jade said laughing.and then the bell rang for school to start.

My walk home:
I still didn't get to see Casper cuz Jade keep talking to me about new books to read.So I just keep walking but I felt like someone was following me so I turned around to see who was behind me and it was some guy I didn't know who he was so I just keep walking. He didn't look like a serial killer but hey that's what they all say.

"Excuse me is your name Amber...?, The stranger said as he walked by me.

"Sorry but I don't know you so I shouldn't...",he cut me off when he said,

"My names Casper and I go to your school,and I'm not a serial killer just incase you thought I was."

"Oh uh well then yes I'm Amber so your the new guy at school nice to meet you.So do you live this way too?",I said pointing in the direction that we were walking. I wasn't checking him out yet I was, hey don't blame me cuz when Jade says someone's hot she means it.

" Yes...um would you mind not looking at me like that...cuz it's a little uncomfortable.",He said looking at me.

"Oh sorry so uh I heard you have wattpad .", I said trying to make conversation with him.

"Yeah do you?",Casper said as we were walking towards my house.

"Yeah hey which way you going cuz I'm going right.",I said as I thought maybe he lives in the same neighborhood as me.

"Right, as well as you.Hey where do you live cuz I live on Crest Wood Dr. 19986."

"Hey wait your the new neighbors.that means we live right next to each other.oh no not again!,I said knowing that my parents would want to invite them over for dinner.they always do that when a new neighbor moves in.

"Wait so your saying we're neighbors,and what do you mean not again?",he said as we walked into our neighborhood.

"Well every time a new family comes to the neighborhood my parents always invites them to dinner,so you might be invited to my house.",I said ,"well see you later neighbor.",I said as I walked through my front door.

Casper's p.o.v.
"Bye.",I said as she walked into her house.No lie she was a beautiful girl,and knowing that she's my neighbor is even better.

"Hey Mom why are you dressed like we're going to someone's house?",I asked my mom.

"Because Casper we are going to someone's house.",my mom said putting her earrings
on.I know whose house we're going to but I still asked whose house.

"So whose house we going to.",I asked.

" the Griffins.so get ready we're leaving in twenty minutes.",my mom said.

Amber's POV.
So I was getting ready and there was a knock at the door and I ran downstairs to get the door and saw Jade."hey thank God you're here, so it doesn't get awkward during dinner with the new neighbors."

"No problem Amber you know I always have your back. So I also told Oliver to come over so we'll feel more comfortable.",said Jade. Oliver is Jade and my best guy friend but he's cool.

"Okay,but only under one condition, you can't embarrass me or no flirting with the neighbor's son Jade", I said.So we were finished getting ready and then the door bell,and things were going to get awkward. Jade and I ran down stairs to get the door.When I opened the door it was Casper and his mom.I greeted them and looked at Jade to see that she was already looking at me with her mouth wide open,and said,

"Casper's your new neighbor?"

"Uh yeah and what's wrong with that?",I said.

"Lucky I wish he was my neighbor.",she said all jealous."I should come to your house more often.",Jade said.

"Well look at you two already making plans to pick up on our new neighbor.",Tony said as came down stairs to greet our guest.

So we all sat down for dinner and the door bell rang."oh I'll get it, it's probably Oliver.",I said as I went to get the door. When I opened the door it was Oliver."Hey Oliver come on just in time for dinner.",I said as we hugged,right when we hugged Casper walked by and said,

" hey uh Amber your mom said she needs you."

"Oh ok.",I said walking to see what my mom needed.

Casper's POV.
After Amber left I walked up to that guy that Amber just hugged and said,"hi I'm Casper you must be Amber's boyfriend?"

"Oh I'm not her boyfriend she doesn't even have one,but by the way I'm Oliver her friend.",he said putting his hand out for me to shake it. Thank God she doesn't have a boyfriend so we headed towards the table when we sat down Mrs.Griffin asked my mom,

"So Jane is Mr. Lannings at work...?"

"Oh um my husband died from brain cancer five years ago but Casper and I don't like talking about him very much.",my mom said in a low voice."but Casper and I are very thankful that Mr. Griffin and you invited us to dinner."

"Oh you're welcome you can come over anytime Mrs. Lannings.", Mrs. Griffin said as she and Amber walked us out the door. Before we left Amber asked if we could hang out for a little bit,and duh I said sure.

"So welcome to the neighborhood.",she said.
