He turned around to see Adnan frowning and trying to see what is he up to."k-kya hua?" "Tu kya kar raha hai?" He asked as he saw gajrey in Aaris's hands. 'Gaya Tera plan.' Aaris thought. Aaris laughed slightly due to nervousness as he walked towards Adnan and held his hands, "Tere liye laya tha mere dost." He made Adnan wear those and looked at in his eyes trying to make sure he doesn't get caught at all and, as he let out an awkward laugh again, he walked away, basically, he ran.

"Assalamualaikum Bhai-" Erum's words came to a halt as she saw Aaris behind his brother walking inside with his phone attached to his ear while he looked absolutely fine with a black shirt, black jeans, silver watch on his hand with two silver rings on his long fingers.
"Mujhe salam nahi dogi?" Aaris finally ended the call and walked inside. "A-assalamualaikum.." she stuttered as her ears were all red because of him and she ran to the kitchen after greeting them. She was helping her mother while the boys went to the living room to greet, Abdullah, Erum's dad.

"Wah yaar? Ye tou childhood sweethearts wali baat hogayi!" Maryam squealed and held Erum's hands as she shook Erum's body in excitement.
"Calm down Mimi!" She slightly blushed and smiled. "I guess that hidden crush for him is still there but.." she paused and looked at her.
"But?"
"What if he is already committed?" She said as she turned her full body towards Maryam and asked her with a horrified look on her face.
"Gadhi, why will he drop you to university or take you on an ice cream date if he was committed? Why will he keep on staring at you whenever you talk or admire you like you are the most beautiful girl he has ever seen, hm? I saw how he looks at you; its not one sided anymore, my jaan." Maryam pinched Erum's nose and giggled as Erum was still processing what her best friend said.
"So.. ab?"
Maryam internally face palmed and looked at her, "Ab, you have to give him hints and make him jealous too so that he drops hints that he likes you as well." Mimi and her dumb ideas.
"Jealous? Woh kaise?"
"Humara ek lauta dost kam ayega na!" Maryam smirked and looked at Erum.
