What if Charmcaster joined Ben in Ben 10 Classic

Tough Luck

Our story opens with Charmcaster, breaking her uncle out of prison.

Hex:Charmcaster,  I've been waiting.

Charmcaster:Hmm, major prison breaks aren't easy to pull off, you know.

Hex:You will show me respect or suffer the consequences.

Charmcaster gets nervous and says.

Charmcaster:Y,yeah, Uncle..

Hex takes the staff of Ages, and they leave

In the city, Ben had just finished saving a group on people from falling.

Meanwhile, Gwen is  on the Rust Bucket looking at her Lucky Girl mask.

Ben comes on the Rv, complaining about being a hero, just you wait, dude, you'll regret it.

Gwen says to appreciate what he has , considering she was only a hero for a few hours.

Ben, being Ben, makes a snarky remark and says the worst part was some elderly women asking to go to a magic convention, which peaked Gwen's interest

At the convention,Gwen discovers a bracelet containing one of the Chsrms of Bazel, when a guy who was chained to a helicopter in a straitjacket is stuff, well maybe he could've, NOT WORN THE JACKET!!

Ben turns into Stinkfly and stops the helicopter, but the guy falls until Lucky Girl saves him.

Ben asks how she got her powers back.

On the rust bucket, Gwen says it's because of the Charm of Bezel, which Ben comments saying she destroyed.

Gwen says this is the legendary lost ketstone, which makes it special.

Later on, Ben, Gwen, and Max see a Magician known as Amazing Alan (nice alliteration) where Ben takes part in it... by turning into Wildmutt and surprising everyone but Gwen and Max

Then Hex and Charmcaster show up to get revenge on Gwen and order her to hand over the charm of Bezel.

Ben and Gwen try to fight until Charmcaster sends out purple versions of The Thing to fight them (wait, wrong franchise!)

Gwen runs to prevent Hex from getting the charm, while Ben saves Max from the rock monster.

Charmcaster follows Gwen into the hedgemaze and puts on an act to gain her trust.

But here's where our story changes.

Charmcaster says that her uncle will not stop until he has the charm and offers to help.

Gwen asks why she's helping , which Charmcaster replies: "I just want to get away from him."

Gwen is taken back by this, and as she's about to reply, Hex appears to take the charm.

Hex questions Charmcaster as to why she hasn't taken it.

Charmcaster says that Hex is going too far, as he hurt innocent people.

Hex grows angry and fires a blast at Gwen, which Charmcaster protects her from.

But Hex takes the charm and goes to use it to recreate the charms Gwen smashed

Gwen takes Charmcaster back to The  Rust Bucket,  where Charmcaster says that she can help stop her uncle.

Gwen is feeling useless as she's powerless without the charm, but Ben and Charmcaster say she can help.
