Dra. Menor: Patient X doc 34 male, married. Has a chief complaint of severe headache and nausea. We've performed ct scan and we've seen an extra-axial collection of blood within the potential space between the outer layer of the dura mater and the inner table of the skull. Diagnosis is epidural hematoma. Patient status is disoriented at the moment. Our plan for the patient is a stat craniotomy and hematoma evacuation. I could've perform it right away doc but I can't today, I just received a vehicular accident case with traumatic brain injury.
