My love for you can not be measured
You were to me more like a treasure
I can't forget the day we met
You smiled at me and I said I'll meltThe smell of your delicate embrace
Still remains as I sit and gaze
In the unknown future that lies ahead
I'm scared I won't make it to the end
I wish you'd come back and stay
One last time in my embraceWithout you the days are cold
And shivers fill me to the bones
I would even kneel and bend
I would buy you a rose bed
I would even fight the night
So that you'd stay with me tonightWhen you're not here my heart it aches.
Memories come and exhaust my brain
Feelings of guilt, regret and shame,
Overcome me all the same
I can not stand to be alone
Without you my world is goneAnd the whispers of your promises
That were left unkept
Haunt my every dream
So I lie awake in this cold room
Waiting for you to come back soon
