"The Black Parade"

The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance

My Mama drives me to some weird, unknown place. She won't tell me why, she won't tell me where, she won't tell me anything. We reach the entrance to the mysterious building. Mama faces me and says, "I am Disenchanted with your behavior lately. I Don't Love You anymore. I gave you Cancer. I've tried to put you into eternal Sleep. I've tried to drain out all of your Blood. But, somehow, you still aren't Dead!! I've tried everything that I could think of in order to get rid of you - Besides this place right behind you. Well, good bye!"

My Mama walks away with a big, happy smile on her face. She hops into her car and speeds away. Those were her Famous Last Words. Being the five year old boy that I am, I don't understand what she means.

I face the door and open it. A group of scary, weird people face me. "Welcome to the Black Parade!" One of them tells me, excitedly. He gestures to the other Teenagers behind him, "We are referred as the House of Wolves, too because our parents left us here since we were acting 'so badly to them.'"

"Most of us here have The Sharpest Lives! We have power of all sorts!" Says a loopy one. "For instance, take a look at Mikey." The girl points to another one in the group.

"This is How I Disappear," Mikey whispers. In an instant he fades out until he is completely gone.

"This is The End. of me," I think.
