"Ughh.." Growled Bakugo as he rests his head down in defeat. He's been starting to lose energy from the heavy snowstorm and the gut punch that he thought wasn't a big deal a moment ago. Usually snow doesn't come around often—so it was unexpected. Bakugo wasn't prepared for this, he had on his hero-uniform; baggy pants, gauntlets and a skin tight revealing top. Bakugo thought it'll be a good idea to activate his quirk. He set his palms to his arms and slowly heated his hands - attempting to not set off any sparks, he was too concentrated on not setting off explosions that he didn't notice a set of stairs in front of his path.
He sipped from the wet snow, but before his face hit the ground someone caught him. Bakugo tensed up, he regained his balanced and grabbed on to the hands that held him by his waist and torso. Bakugo turned around angrily from embarrassment, but was met by a pair of emerald eyes. "What the—What the hell are you doing here.?" Bakugo said, as he looked away.
"I just saw you waking by, I've been behind you for a while.." Said Deku.
Bakugo simply raised his brow. Dekus hands were still on Bakugo, the blond looked down to the hands that still held him—Deku noticed and quickly pulled away, "Uhm, I'm sorry !" He chuckled nervously. The blond just furrowed his eyes and turned away. He continued his path. The duo continued walking, the silence was awkward for Deku but Bakugo liked the silence. Deku caught Bakugo limping from time to time; holding on to his waist. "Do you need any help?" Deku asked with worry. Bakugo scoffed and rolled his eyes."Pfft, like if."
SPARK!
Bakugo had unfocused on his hands and accidentally let off an explosion, Deku quickly rushed in to help. "Are you alright?" Bakugo held onto his aching arm while wincing.
"Shit.."
Deku unzipped his bag and took out a roll of bandages and cream. He guided Bakugo to sit down on a bench nearby, which caught the blond by surprise.
"Here, let me put this on." He whispered. Deku used two fingers to rub on the burn mark. Bakugo was too fixated on the sudden form of worriment give by Deku, that he didn't realize the impact of the explosion as much.
Deku caught the other staring, he found it out of character as Bakugo didn't tend to keep eye contact.
After his arm was fully wrapped with the bandages he felt an annoying feeling in his stomach. Thinking nothing of it—he looked away. "What are you doing here?" Asked, Bakugo.
"What?"
"Why are you following me?" He asked again; this time looking at him.
Deku just giggled, "you're going to the dorms, right?"
"Yes?"
"Well I am too!"
After that, Bakugo felt a bit embarrassed, he turned a light shade of pink that was quickly noticed by the other. He smiled at the blond.
"Do you need a jacket?" Asked the shorter male.
Bakugo was considering to deny the request and Deku obviously caught on, so before the taller one could answer he simply gave the jacket to him anyways.
Deku wrapped his jacket around the other's shoulders and stood up, "let's go." He smiled.
