14. We LOVE eachother♥️

Shubman's POV

One week passed after my accident. Ishan is taking care of me like a skilled nurse. I can't believe that how the clumsy boy changed totally within some weeks. Did I ruined his happy self ? May be Mayank will make him like before. But I can't communicate with that guy. Divorce etc formalities are under process but the main target --- Ishan's marriage with Mayank, can't be fulfilled without Mayank. Don't know where is he!

One thing I'm noticing in Ishan, he's a little unhappy after returning from hospital. Not only for my accident, there's some other reason.

Last evening he suddenly asked me with puppy eyes -- "Will you marry Abhishek after our divorce ?"

I was dumbfounded with that awkward question. Yes, I may marry Abhishek because I know he likes me, once he told me too but I denied. I treated his only as bestfriend, never felt something else. 

Anyway, after seeing him hospital I'm really worried for him. As a bestfriend I must help him. Marriage is optional but I shall stand by him. Although I have no intention to get married again but if necessary, Abhishek is the first option (obviously after Ishan).

"I don't know Ishu, I never thought about second marriage" I replied to the innocent boy.

"But you love eachother na ?"

"Who told you ? He's my bestfriend only"

I don't understand he believed or not through his expression. Why the heck thought occurrd in his mind that I love Abhi ? And if I, why he's pouting for it ?

Today he asked again -- "How is Abhi ?"

"Don't know Ishu, he isn't receiving calls"

"You're so worried for him right ?"

"A little"

We were sipping tea in the balcony. The environment was cool, mild wind made us shivered. Poor I was not aware about the next shocks given by Ishan.

"Is our divorce necessary Shubi ?"

"Is not it ? Wasn't it a forceful marriage for you Ishu ?"

"It was"

"Then ?"

"I'm afraid Shubi"  He blinked like innocent.

"Of what ?"

Ishan was standing so close to me leaning on the railing ledge. His half leaned upper body was like slope land, round mound below waist...I felt butterflies in stomach. Don't know why it seems that something gonna happen today which isn't expected. 

"Of what are you afraid Ishu ?" I asked again when he didn't answered.

"Of losing my love again"

"Once I find Mayank, then you wo..."

"I'm not talking about Mayank Shubi"  he answered a little annoyingly.

"Matlab ?"

"Matlab I lost him already. And to be honest I never desired him after marriage"

"Ishu..."

"Don't say anything. Just listen to me" 

I understand that he's aggressive today and gonna blast something hidden. He continued -- "You wanna give me to Mayank na ? I knew that he's a coward! He left the entire country Shubi"

"What ?"

"Yeah. Sometimes before I talked with his mother and Tilak. He informed them about his departure. It means he's communicating with them just ignoring me!!! And you know what did he say ? He said that he will live outside of country with his new family!! Can you understand ? He had a second choice and he picked him or her quickly. Ok, nice, I'm happy with it. But why he is ignoring my calls ? Is he thinking that me too will provoke him or try to ruin their relationship like your bestfriend Abhishek ??... Oh sorry.... he is dear to you .."
