Ashling's problems

"Mom, dad? Am I allowed to date?", Ashling suddenly asked at the dinner table. Evelyn tilted her head. "I don't see why not, Ash.", she said. Kovu sighed. "Did momma say anything about you not being allowed to date?", he asked. Ashling nodded. "Ignore her.", Kefka hissed, "You're allowed to date." Victorious just ate in silence, not saying a word. It was quiet for a moment until Alice decided to break the silence: "You're allowed to date, kiddo. It's your choice." Ashling nodded again. "I want to tell y'all something...", she started, "Monster C is pretty sad these days, Doron has fallen inlove with a creature that doesn't love him, people at school call me their babe and my grades are going down.." There was silence for a moment. "Kick these people who call you babe in the stomach!", Alice replied with a smirk. "I agree.", Evelyn said, "Also, others shouldn't really be your concern. I mean, it's not bad to care about someone-" "But you gotta solve your own problems first.", Kovu said. "Your grades shouldn't be a problem, it's not like we're gonna hit you.", Victorious said with a smile.
