~Bizarre Murders in NYC~
According to recent reports, the 'Big Apple' may just take bite out of YOU.
Over the past week, NYCPD has reported several murders within the city limits. "Whoever this is, they don't discriminate." Police Chief George Sanders said. "We've found victims of every race, gender, age-group, religion; there's no connections."
Odder still is the fact that there has been at least one murder in each of NYC's boroughs.
But the strangest thing about these bizarre killings isn't the who, or even the where. It's the how; several of the victims appear to have been eaten.
"We've never had to deal with something like this before." says Sanders. "Cannibalism has crossed our table once or twice, yes. But selective, serial cannibalism? That's something else."
Police are advising all residents to be on their guard, stay indoors during the dark hours, and to report any and all suspicious behavior to their local division.

Leon Scott Kennedy's stomach clenched as he read the article before him. 'Bizarre murders'.. 'appear to have been eaten'.. He'd seen these phrases before in the news. He'd only been a rookie in the Raccoon City Police Department then, over 7 years ago....
"Do you realize what this could mean, Kennedy?"
The man looked up at his superior and nodded. "Yes, sir."
Chris' expression was stern. "Because of your experience with the incident in Raccoon City, you've been assigned to this mission. You're to investigate these murders with the sole intention of finding out if we have another T-Virus on our hands." Leon stood, pushing his chair away from the table.
"When do I leave?"
"First thing tomorrow morning." Chris replied, also standing. "But you won't be going solo on this one, Kennedy." Leon looked at him, a confused look on his face. "You've been partnered with King for this assignment." As if on cue, there was a knock on the door before it swung open, revealing the flushed face of Leon's new partner.
"Sorry I'm late, Captain Redfield. I had to finish up some paper-" The woman paused, spotting Leon. "...What's going on?" Before Leon could say a word, Chris spoke up.
"Come sit down, Olivia. I'll explain everything. You can go, Leon. I expect you here and ready to go at 6 AM. Sharp." With a nod, Leon turned and stepped out, closing the door behind him.

"Dudes... That is MESSED UP." Michelangelo burst out, his face stuck in a look of shock. "Why would you eat PEOPLE when you've got PIZZA?"
"Well, cannibalism is quite common in some different animal species. For humans, it can stem from severe lack of food, or it could stem from mental disorders. You see, the cerebral cortex controls-" Donnatello was abruptly cut off by Michelangelo.
"Blah blah blah. English PUHLEASE."
Donatello scowled. "They're cuckoo."
"I don't care WHAT they are, that's some seriously messed up stuff." Raphael stated.
"Agreed." Leonardo nodded. "Something needs to be done about it." Raph stood, pulling his sai from their spots on his shell.
"I say we go topside and beat the shell out of these nutjobs!"
"Raph, we don't know where they are, or what they look like, or anything that would even give us the slightest idea of how to find them." Donnie pointed out.
"Yeah, bro. What if they're, like, giant squids? Or some creepy Kraang thing?" Mikey said, waving his arms like an idiot.
"Donnie's right. We should keep a constant look out. Up our patrols, keep a close eye out for anything suspicious." Leo stated, ignoring Mikey. "Starting now. I'll take Raph and check out the north and west sides. Donnie, you and Mikey take south and east." With a quick nod, the four brothers set out on patrol.

"Hey, Dean. Dean!"
Green eyes fluttered open, the owner breaking free from the hold of sleep. "Hm, sup Sammy."
"Come look at this." Sam sat at the small coffee table, his eyes skimming the screen of his laptop.
"Why can't you come over here." Dean groaned as he sat up, stifling a yawn.
"Just get over here." Sam stated, not looking up from the computer. Dean rolled his eyes, slipping out of his bed and shuffling over to where his younger brother sat.
"What."
"Check this out, 'Bizarre murders in NYC.' It says here that some of the victims were eaten." Sam read, turning the computer so that Dean could see for himself.
"So, just another wacked up cannibal." Dean shrugged.
"So, it says that SOME were eaten, not all." Sam pointed out. "What kind of cannibal only eats some of their victims?"
"It also says that there could be more than one person." Dean countered, grabbing a bagel out of the cupboard; it was one of the few things they had left of their stock.
"Do you really believe that, Dean?" Sam insisted. "C'mon, we don't have another job right now. Isn't it worth checking out? Besides, we've been cramped up in this hotel for a while now. I know Nova's getting antsy, and honestly I think you are, too." The younger brother negelcted to mention that he, too, was getting sick of waiting around.
Dean sighed. "Fine. But if it's nothing, you're paying me back for the gas."
