It was the first of June, 2023 and Sunoo was going to see his sister skate. The boy entered the skate rink with his parents.

Since the Kim's were family to Sunji (Sunoo's sister.) they were allowed to visit her dressing room.

Sunoo stood in the hall of the dressing rooms, outside of his sister's one. He looked up and was greeted by one of the most handsome people he's ever seen.

"Oh? Are you skating? I've never seen you here." The boy asked. "A-ah no I'm not, my sister is."

"Oh that's wonderful! I'm Park Sunghoon. What's your sister's name?" Sunoo was hesitant but replied. "Her name is Kim Sunji." After that, Sunghoon was called away.

Sunoo thought he would never see the boy again, but oh was he wrong.

Sunoo was sitting in class, minding his business when the teacher spoke. "We have a new student everyone!"

Sunoo focused his attention on the teacher as he heard a whisper say  'I wonder if he's cute!' And another replying. 'He can't be more good looking than sunoo."

Then the one and only, Sunghoon walked in. Sunoo's eyes widened in shock. First off, why is he in the same school as him? Second, isn't he an ice skater? Why was he here?

"Please introduce yourself." The teacher requested, looking at the boy. "Hi, I'm Park Sunghoon. I have a younger sister and I'm a former figure skater."

Former? Sunoo was confused. Did he quit? He thought he shouldn't worry about it too much though. "You can sit next to Sunoo."

The older boy sheepishly smiled, walking toward Sunoo. "Hey, do you remember me?" Sunoo whispered.

"Of course I do, how could I forget your cu— nevermind... I remember you!" Sunoo showed his casual bright smile as he focused his attention back on the lesson.

Sunghoon and Sunoo were walking out of class together now. "So, do you have any friends in this school?" The other nodded. "His name is Jay."

The younger was confused. "Park Jongseong? Does that ring a bell? He's in the same grade as us." Sunoo gasped, realising who he was talking about.

"He goes by Jongseong, probably why I didn't realise before. My friend is really close to him so I'm sure you'll get along with him well."

Now they had reached the cafeteria. "You know, Jay sits with us because he's so close with my friend Heeseung. Sometimes it feel likes they're dating."

The boy then walked over to the table, Sunghoon trailing behind him. The two sat down and everyone was confused with the new face except Jay.

"Sunghoon-ah! You got accepted!" The boy smiled as Jay spoke. Heeseung placed a hand on Jay's thigh and quietly asked. "Whose this?"

"I'm Sunghoon, Park Sunghoon. I'm a former figure skater." A small boy gasped. "That's where I recognise you from! I saw you skate in Australia."

"And you are?" The boy waited for a response. "I'm Jaeyun, Sim Jaeyun. Everyone calls me Jake though." Sunghoon nodded. "So you saw me skate in Australia, Jake?"

The boy nodded cutely. "When I was younger and living in Australia my dad always took me sports events in our state, and you came to Brisbane for a competition. I was really excited to see you skate because you were Korean like me and we were the same age! You were so good and I loved it. It's like a core memory."

Everyone at the table laughed at the boy's yapping. Jake liked to talk a lot within the friend group. "I— thank you? It's really cool that I met someone who saw me skate."

Sunghoon had been going to the school for about a year now and he has gotten really close to with Sunoo.

Currently, he was going to Sunoo's house. He had a lot of thoughts in his mind. Since the first time he saw him, he felt in love with him.

Today, was the day he was gonna confess. And just as he cleared his thoughts, he was in front of Sunoo's house.

Sunghoon had been there for two hours by now. He thought now was a perfect time to confess, so he did. "Sunoo? I can I tell you something."

The younger boy showed his usual bright and cute smile while nodding.

"Sunoo, I like you. The day we first met, inside my quiet heart I could tell I fell for you. Right there and then. I like you so much. It's like when I see you, you just attack my heart with your cute looks and bright personality."

Sunoo nodded. "The fact that I took a step to you first means, I really really like you, Sunoo."

The younger boy just hugged him. Sunghoon was confused. "I like you." Sunghoon could just hear Sunoo's smile in his voice.
