"Ugh, not now." Sana groans annoyed as she tries to get the tea stain off her satin abaya. She spilled her tea over her clothes, good job. She can't let her arranged fiance who she has never met see this stain, he will assume she is clumsy which she quiet much is. She wakes up with bruises that she can't explain so that explains her clumsiness but still, no one wants their fiance to see them clumsy and dirty.
"Good enough." She says to herself and walks towards the hallaway of the office building and sits across a man who is holding a newspaper infront of his face reading it with zero concern about Sana, not that she needs it right now.
"I won't let you touch me until I'm comfortable enough." Sana says sternly to the man sitting across her knowing that he is her arranged fiance.
"I'm not a pervert." Amir, Sana's finace says folding the newspaper and putting it away before looking at Sana, his voice is deep but soothing and calm.
Sana's mouth is agape, a small gap because she definitely didn't expect a man like him, so handsome yet so grumpy, so soft yet so cold to be her fiance. She closes her mouth and clears her throat before saying,"You can't trust anyone nowadays." Sana says trying to keep her composure and does well in it. A sigh escapes Amir's lips.
"You are....right." Amir says agreeing with Sana calmly, almost thinking deeply. After sometime of casual and awkward talking and eating Sana speaks up again, "I want to state a few conditions before marriage." She says sternly, she is not one to beg but demand. Amir nods without any words, he would rather stay silent then embarrass himself by saying something out of pocket.
"You won't be meeting any women your age or younger to the age where sexual tension can arise, you won't be going out without telling me, you won't invite your friends or anyone without telling me beforehand and lastly,..." Sana says fast as if she has memorized it and was waiting for this moment. Amir swallows and blinks before saying, "Lastly what?" He asks almost curious.
Sana sighs softly before adding, "You won't demand kids from me." Sana says softly but it's firm too. Amir thinks for sometime before saying, "Be sure that I won't force anything on you, I respect your boundaries and so should you." He says sternly, almost coldly.
Sana nods at his words trying not to show how happy and relived she is because if he didn't agree with her, she would probably have run away. The silence continues until Amir opens his mouth just to say,"When's the wedding?"
