The road moves rapidly as the atmosphere is tinted with a sinister, green night-vision pallor. The ground passes swiftly beneath you. All visions are presented as if in a slipped focus. As you descend, recognizing both legs of yours propelling forward with high speed, it seems boundless, leaving no room for contemplation on the purpose of this running.

A tingling sensation from the tip of your core spine chased up back to your neck, giving you a sense of discomfort and fear. Your legs still maintained their rhythm in the sprint. It persisted for some moments before slowing down. Your mind paused, and in an instant, you realized you were already in an isolated alleyway.

Your body came to a halt in front of a mysterious vintage Chinese restaurant. Standing alone in this pitch-black realm. You turn your gaze to observe across the area. Opposite the restaurant, everything fades into an endless darkness, shrouding to the farthest reaches of your sight. You decided to turn your attention back to the only restaurant.

The greenish-blue atmosphere is reminiscent of a deep emerald ocean, with its reflection of water patterns on the cold tiles. All squares and airspace are painted in turquoise tones, creating an eerie ambience. Peering inside, most people are facing down, casually engrossing their bowls of noodles. You observe further this odd vibe restaurant. At the right corner of the restaurant where you soon pass by, a portion of humans hold their offerings and incense are worshipping a large greenish Buddha statue.

You continued to walk slowly past the restaurant. As your gaze moved beyond the first column of the building, you noticed that everyone's attention suddenly turned to you. Every head and eye are now staring at you in silence. As if time is frozen. Everything freezes with no motion, except for the reflection of water. A deep anxiety flooded into your heart. Your eyes observed an increased number of Buddha statues as some of them have already moved closer to you.

Non-living statues sit in a row on the edge of the restaurant, giving you a sense of breath that is licking down on your neck. At this moment, whether alive or not, all eyes are unanimously fixed on you. The blank pupils and emotionless faces trigger every nerve in your body to shiver. Your heart plunges into the depths of a void, and your lungs gasp for air. All visions blur once again, and a panic attack grips you. Amidst the overwhelming thoughts and feelings, your eyes meet with a large Buddha statue and a group of people lining up, holding offerings and incense.

An instinctive feeling conveys that they want to communicate something to you. However, their emotionless faces and blank eyes offer nothing but fear. You don't have the patience to find out what's going on. Choosing to walk away slowly, you hope they won't sense your growing fears. Your goal now is to reach the far end of the restaurant and make your escape as soon as possible without getting caught.

After a blink of an eye, you find yourself on another familiar paved road situated between two canals, isolated from the rest of the world. As you glance ahead and survey your surroundings, all that meets your eyes is a vast, empty dark sky juxtaposed against an endless expanse of water. A faint light emanates from a distant point across the canal, resembling a venue you might have seen before. Despite its familiarity, you choose to veer away anyhow. From your location, it seems too distant to reach the only place and thing you see.

Continue walking. The street you were using seemed endlessly long. Its darkness against each other. The dark water of the canal reflected from the sky, devoid of stars or any light from the moon. There is nowhere to go, nothing to see. No sight of the place you came from, nor the place you are heading to. You begin to wonder if there is a destination at all, or if it is just endless.

Running through thoughts of hopelessness, the road started to ripple like waves on a raging sea. You pressed on, despite the growing unease in your heart. After a while, as you considered stopping, a large yellow school bus with bright headlights abruptly rushed toward you from the front.

It stopped next to you just some inches away. With a stun, you found yourself running once again. Glancing back with a confused mind. You see...
