The evening air hung heavy with tension as Harsh, wearing a mask of feigned vulnerability, began his calculated narrative.

Harsh: "Shompu, there's something I've been struggling with, and I feel like you might understand. Lately, I've been feeling so alone, like nobody truly gets me."

Shompu, always the empathetic listener, responded with concern.

Shompu: "Harsh, I had no idea you were going through this. I'm here for you. You're not alone."

As Harsh continued to share his fabricated woes, Jai observed from a distance, misinterpreting the scene.

Jai, who was far, was trying to eavesdrop on their conversation and was wondering what was going on there.

Shompu, caught off guard, tried to explain.

Shompu: "It's okay Harsh, I'm here for you whenever you need me"

Jai, his jealousy intensifying, internalized his concerns without vocalizing them. However, his body language and the subtle tension in the air spoke volumes.

Harsh continued his narrative, planting seeds of doubt within Jai.

Harsh: "You know, Shompu, you're the only one who truly understands me."

Jai, frustration evident in his voice: "Why did you and Harsh seem so close today? What was going on? don't tell me you fell for that pathetic idiot's lies."

Shompu, growing increasingly exasperated: "Jai! You are overreacting. Harsh is a friend, nothing more. Why are you letting this come between us?"

Jai looked away from Shompu, he just couldn't say no to his cute, petite face, but he knew he had to do something.

Shompu, growing desperate: "Jai, please, you're overthinking this. Harsh is just a friend."

Jai, feeling cornered: "You're defending him a lot, Shompu. Do you even realize that?"

Shompu, earnestly: "Because he's my friend, Jai. Just like you are. Why are you making it sound like there's something more?"

Jai, his frustration boiling over: "I need space, Shompu. I need to understand what's happening here."

Shompu, on the verge of tears: "Jai, please don't do this. We can talk. I don't want to lose you."

But Jai, consumed by his doubts and insecurities, took a step back, leaving Shompu standing in the aftermath of a once beautiful relationship, now shattered by the insidious machinations of Harsh's manipulation.
