Natsu P.O.V

"Natsu!" My father's rather hoarse voice called out to me. I quickly ran to my father's side as I greeted numerous servants on my way. I arrived to my father as he was weaker than ever. He's been in the infirmary for a least three months, and I start to get a little worried from time to time because, well who wouldn't? "Yes, Dad?" I hold my father's hand in fear. "I need a favor from you..." My father looked at me with an earnest eyes. "I...I'm going to die soon" I started widen my eyes in pain and suffering. "No! Dad, you can't die! What will I do without you?" I stood up from my chair, as a I hold back my tears. "My son. I need you to do you're very best, okay?" My father sniffled to hold back his tears as well.

My dad was going to die soon, he had cancer for about 10 years. I couldn't take it anymore.

"Dad..." The tears I held out finally sprung out of eyes, flowing down my cheeks as I clutched my father's hand.

I noticed, for a while, that My father wasn't moving at all and his breathing was quite for a while. A long while.

"Dad?" I shook my father in disbelief that he had already died. "Dad...! Dad!" I shook him more ferociously. "Oi, Dad! Stop screwing around!" I arched my eyebrows and shook my father even more. "Dad!!" I kept screaming as loud as I could, and some of the servants had rushed to my father and I, as I cried. Feeling helpless.

Because I was helpless.

"M-Mr. Dragneel?" One of the maid widen her eyes in shock. "H-He's...dead!" The servant checked his heart level. My father had died right in front of me.

"Excuse me, N-Natsu-san...you must attend school now" One of the male servants told me. I thought a least school would take this horrible experience, off my mind.

I grabbed ahold of my school bag, and walked to school. As I saw my girlfriend Lisanna head closer to me.

"Natsu!" She waved at me. "Oh. Hey Lisanna." I notoriously looked down at my feet. "You're kinda sad today? What's up?" Lisanna lowered her upper body to search for the expression on my face. Her wide smile cheered me up a little as I raised my head. "You always know how to make me happy" I smiled a little.

Lisanna and I arrived at the open gates a school, as a variety of people walked outside the area. "Aww...Natsu! I have to get to class! I'll see you later babe!" Lisanna kissed my cheek. "Okay" I sincerely spoke. I loved Lisanna, but we just didn't have that THING that we had when we first met. Our relationship was bland now.

As Lisanna walked to her class, I headed for mine. And not a few seconds later the session started.

Our class president stood up as our teacher suddenly walked into the classes room. "Stand." The president awaited for us to arise. "Bow" her last words were as we bowed in respect for our teacher. "Hello class! We have a very special guest before we start our session!" The teacher raised to hand to the door, and turned her head. "Please come out Miss Lucy!" The door sprung open, as a girl with beautiful blonde hair, chocolate brown glistening eyes, and a very curvaceous body walked through the door.

She turned to face us and bowed. "Hello. My name is Lucy Heartfilia. Nice you meet you" The girl who called herself Lucy spoke. "Miss Lucy had just come from Canada, somewhere that's above the United States" the teacher smiled at all of us.

But her name sounded to familiar...Isn't she from...

"W-Wait! Don't you mean The Lucy Heartfilia!" One of my classmates stood up from his chair and spoke out. "From the pop idol group The Fairies?!" Another girl finished the boys sentence.

Everyone in my class started to rile up because of our new celebrity in our classroom. "Now...now everyone please settle down!" The teacher calmed all of us down. "Lucy, you many sit next to Natsu over there" the teacher pointed towards me as I continued to look out the window uninterested. Even though I was.

Lucy walked over to me and sat in her seat while standing directly at the front.

As I continued to look out the window my eyes were still on Lucy. She turned an looked at me. As I quickly reverted my eyes back onto the window. I started to think about Lucy more and more now. Why?
