ALISON'S POV:

I opened my eyes to only be blinded by the sun's ray of light. I hissed in pain, Fuck! that hurt like a bitch. The bitter scent of cigarettes tainted my room with its aroma. I let out a groan of annoyance as I left the comforting warmth of my bed. If I could my lazy ass could be in bed all day. A girl can only dream. I glanced down to the bottom of my feet to met with an array of candy wrappers and clothes decorating my bedroom floor. Ah, I clicked my tounge on the roof of my mouth..I'll clean my room..eventually. I walked over to my closet to grab a black sweater and navy blue jeans. I went to the bathroom, did my business, took ahold of my school bag, and left my tiny apartment. I often skip breakfast, food isn't on my mind in the morning.

As I walked the sound of my boots echoed throughout the street. I gripped onto my school bag tightly as I reached my destination. Vomit crept up my mouth as I read the engraved letters, "Woodsboro High School." Disgusting, I thought. Woodsboro High School is a shit show.
Everyone talks shit about one another, one week everyone's fixated upon one person, and the other, people are talking about how a cheerleader was fucked behind the bleachers by one of the football players.

How typical I thought. But then again..it is high school, so what do you expect?

As I walked inside the prison like building my eyebrows knitted in confusion. Groups of people along with teachers looked at me, some of sadness, some of anger, and some of disgust. What the fuck is going on? I reached my locker to soon have someone's presence beside me.

"Hey Alison."

I glanced to my side to be met with no one other than the delicate chocolate colored eyes of Sidney Prescott. Behind her was her boyfriend of one year, Billy Loomis. He always seemed off to me, some could say that I wasn't exactly his biggest fan. I couldn't put my finger on him. Whenever I was within his presence I always felt as though he was looking within the depths of my soul. He always locks his eyes within my own. Its as if he's searching for something..its unsettling to say the least.

"Hey Sidney." I replied blandly as I opened my locker.

Sidney and I go awhile back, we've known each other since we were 11 years old. We when we were in 6th grade, a kid was picking on her on the playground and I punched him square in the face. We've been friends ever since.

"Are you okay?" Sidney's voice held worry.

I gave her a puzzled look, "Yeah, why?" I asked as I went through my locker.

"Haven't you heard-"

The bell rung loudly indicating that class was soon to start. I grabbed my textbook and closed my locker shut.

"Sorry Sid but I have to go." I turned around and sped walked to class.

"But-"

I left Sydney mid way of her speaking. I can't deal with people right now, especially this early.

As I entered my first period everyone's attention was now set upon me. As I walked towards my seat whispers filled the classroom. I shifted awkwardly in my seat, unaware of what was happening. Heavy combat boots made their way into the classroom, I glanced up to be met with a sheriff with black shades.

"I'm looking for Alison Stone." The sheriff's gruff voice echoed throughout the classroom .

Everyone's voices stilled, the whispers stopped. I slowly rose up from my seat.

"That's me." I said quietly as everyone's eyes were now all fixated upon on me.

"Follow me Ms. Stone." The Sheriff said as he looked at me with narrowed eyes.

Well...isnt this going to be a lovely day?
