After a few moments, the coast was clear... or so he thought. Igloo went to followed him in, only to be shot at by the enemy almost immediately. Soap took the man down and quickly ran to your aid, pulling him into a vacant room, crouching beside Igloo as he called for back up. "Ah bloody hell...you're going to be fine, ya hear? Just breath.." He said calmly. Igloo laid in the ground breathing heavy as he tries to calm his breathing and adrenaline so his blood flow slow downs so he doesn't bleed out. He calms his breathing and looks at Soap. Igloo has a hard time breathing do to his mask so he reach a hand up to his face pulling the lower part of his mask down calming his breathing and relaxing some even with the pain. Soap was holding pressure to the wound on his side trying to keep the bleeding to a minimum. "Hold on just a little longer, they'll be here any moment, I promise." Soap said. As if on que, they could hear the sound of a helicopter approaching. Soap's voice was filled with relief as he took his hand back from his wound and helped you sit up, placing his hands under him to support his back. Igloo held onto Soap with a hand and held his wound with the other as he tries to keep his breathing calm. He feels light headed but tries to stay awake. Igloo looks at Soap then sees his vision blur and black dots form in his vision, he blinkd a couple times then looks down feeling his eyes get heavy. Soap looked on in worry as he saw Igloo start to fade. "Hey...hey you! Eyes on me." He said. Soap did his best to prop his head up so you could stay awake as the helicopter neared. The sound of it approaching closer and closer as the blades whipped the air. "You're gonna make it...just don't fall asleep on me." Igloo looks at him even though he could barely see his face do to his blurry vision, he reached a hand up to Soap face his shaky fingers, that are covered in his own blood, brushing against the cheek of Soap face. He tries to keep his eyes open even as his eyelids grow heavy. He leans more against Soap as he tries his best. "Stay with me, god damn it...." Soap said through clenched teeth. Soap felt your fingers against his cheek, it was hard to keep him conscious when he saw how much blood your body was losing. Soap felt the wind from the helicopter rotors whip against them both as the helicopter came closer. The dust and sand were kicked up so high it made it difficult to see, but Soap could make out the shape of several helicopters. "They're almost here, stay with me just a little longer..." Igloo moves his hand away from Soap face letting his arm drop to his side, he feels his eyelids get to heavy to keep open and the headach in his head form. Igloo shuts his eyes finally to weak and tired to keep them open even though he wanted to continue look at Soap to keep on living. Igloo tries to keep himself awake even though he feels the world around him fade only hearing the faint voice of Soap and the helicopter blades moving against the wind hearing it as it feels like it slowly fades and the world around him slowly grow quieter. Seeing you start to lose consciousness filled Soap with a sense of dread. Soap pushed himself closer to him, pressing himself against them to add more support as he waited for the helicopter to land. Igloo could hear Soap's voice fading in and out, he was slowly losing his consciousness, the world around him beginning to dim. Soap yelled, "Stay with me, Dammit!" He said, his voice filled with worry and fear. Igloo could hear Soap saying his name, but you felt weak and tired and it felt so much nicer to give into the darkness that was slowly consuming you... Igloo tries his best to stay awake even though his body hurt so much he tried to stay awake for Soap as well as the task force back at base. Igloo tries to force his eyes to open again. He feels his breathing get faster he tries to calm down but the thought of dying scared him he has tears run down his pale face as he cries.
