Inside the Bus 🚌 it had only 1 Person: Velvet. 8 months ago She and her Brother Vaneer Kidnapped Floyd and became stealing his Musical Talent Slowly 🐌 Killing him. They were arrested after Vaneer confessed to their Crimes. Vaneer was sentenced to 18 years after pleading Guilty. Velvet however was sentenced to 80 years. After numerous escape attempts she was being transferred to Arkam Asylum home to Batman's Rogues Gallery like Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, the Mad Hatter and some joke Villains like Rat 🐀 Leader, Condiment king and Mighty Mop
At 8:00 am Velvet arrived at Arkam Asylum and is placed in a Cell with Catwoman
