A crack in the glass

It had been a hectic few weeks at the compound and Steve and Natasha could see the effect it was having on Bucky , and as he ran out of books to read, they took him to the local bookstore that they've never ventured into before, but it held some welcoming charm to the place and they felt drawn to it .
How did they know what they find there was more than books .

As the trio strolled down the road they felt drawn to an enchanting looking little bookstore , as they felt drawn to it they ventured inside , immediately the tall oak bookshelves stood out. They were torn filled with flowers and all different types of poems and stories and fairytales. However, something rather someone stuck out in particular, she had long, blonde hair and a white jumper.

They knew right in that moment. then knew when they saw her laugh as they felt the burn from the one unclaimed Mark on their arms , she was the last one . The last piece of the puzzle .

Steve , being Steve wanted to go over straight away and introduce themselves , Bucky however disagreed and rather wanted to let her finish her conversation, Nat enjoyed seeing her laugh she told the two boys that she looked cute when she laughed .

They agreed , they were silenced when she turned around and stared at them with wide eyes , her hand immediately flew to the burning sensation from multiple marks scattered on her body .

She made eye contact with all of them before trying to run away out of the front door , her heart was racing and it wasn't a good day for her to find her soulmates, as she reached for the handle , Bucky grabbed her arm and spun her round .

'Hey' she awkwardly said avoiding his gaze .
'Hey , what's your name doll?' She was hesitant but replied regardless she was going to see them again but at least not today.
'Elowyn' she replied .
'Thanks , and yours are?'
'I'm Steve , this is Bucky and this is Nat' .
'Oh okay'
'I've gotta go' she abruptly said before speeding out the store and pulling out her phone dialling the first contact, which was none other than a man by the name of Wade Wilson .

Within seconds said man had come down the street on a motorcycle with pink flowers on that Elowyn had put on herself.
By this time though , the others had found her outside and let's just say Steve was less then pleased to see none other than deadpool with their soulmate.

'I think this girl is going to be a bit of a handful' Natasha thought out loud .
'I think you're right Nat' Bucky nodded agreeing , wrapping an arm around the redhead.
'The question is why is she with dead pool and who is she , she looks Wanda's age'.
'Let's give Tony her name and hopefully he can get something on her' Natasha suggested shrugging her shoulders .

'Let's call and tell them' Steve says , excited to see everyone's reaction .

He rang the others Wanda , Tony and Bruce picked up .
'Hey we need to talk' Steve said in a serious tone , causing him to roll his eyes  knew the young witch would worry straight away and counted it down .

'Talk then Rogers I'm busy here's Tony complained .
'Oh my god what happened are you okay are Nat and Bucky okay what's happened , do you need help' she rambled.

'Wanda babe calm  down we've got some good news' Natasha explained .

'Which is?'Bruce asked.

'We met the last one , our last soulmate'.

'Is she there who is it , hold on I'll get happy to drop me off where are you?' Tony states.

'She's gone , she ran away I believe we may have intimidated her a bit' Bucky says understanding why the girl felt the need to run away.

'She's beautiful' Bucky added
'Her laugh was so cute , it was lil a giggle' Natasha smirked to herself as she thought of the young woman's enigmatic laugh.
'She's tough , she's a good little fighter you could tell that by how she managed to get past us three' Steve continued on .

'What's her name' Bruce asked .
'Elowyn , she didnt give a last name'

'Come back home I'll get to finding her' Tony told the three .

'Also one thing I forgot to mention when she left dead pool picked her up so she has some relation I'm guessing to that nutter' Natasha grimaced as she said it she remembered all the times he tortured Clint .

'We will deal with that later just get back pronto' Tony ordered .

Back at Stark Tower

Nat , Tony , Wanda , Steve , Bruce and Bucky were all in the lab surrounding Tony who was on his floating computer trying to track down a file on the mysterious girl and he was exasperated as he came up with nothing , this had never happened to him before and let's just say he was very impressed it gave him, the thought that their soulmate is one for the wild side .

As the minuted ticked by , the room was full with anticipation however nothing .

'This girl is like a ghost , I can't find any records , any past employment not even a fucking library card , it's like she materialised out of thin air'.

'Sounds about right for someone who wants to fly under the radar' Nat started .

'Didn't you say she was with dead pool , he's a Wilson it's quite possible she's the same if he was with her I can try that but that's my last guess'.

'Good idea Tones' Wanda said .

'Thank you darling' he said smirking , oh how Tony Stark loved attention .

'Okay , so , oh god this isn't good , really isn't good' Tony said looking sick .

'What is it Tony' Natasha asked getting impatient .

He flicked images up so they could see what her file read .

'Poor girl' Wanda said with a tear on her cheek .
Bucky brought  the girl in  for a hug to soothe her , it was horrible to see this but he knew especially for them as they'd been in hydra themselves and had been through similar .

'I've tracked recent activity , she's not traceable but I can get in touch with the big red spider I'll hopefully have him on by end of today'
