Chapter 8 (The Met Gala :1)

POV Y/N

As I walked out into the hallway, I quickly ran up close to Velvet and Veneer. We then entered the big room that was filled with famous actors, singers, models, and reporters. Velvet took a big breath in admiring the place, Veneer looked in awe. I in the other hand looked around remembering all the things that happened in these events.

All the celebrities that got drunk, some people I caught doing drugs, I had to kick them out of course. Stalkers, people drugging drinks...nightmare fuel honestly in this room. I felt a hand touch my shoulder and flinched a bit looking at who, it was Veneer of course being clingy, "this is so exciting!!! You're gonna be running a lot (Y/n)!" Veneer said jokingly. I looked away cause he wasn't lying, the amount of times I felt like a dog owner chasing after sheltered dogs who ran away from the pound. It was hell.

"Ooh! Let's go get drinks!!" Velvet suggested, I followed after them closely, looking around finding familiar faces. The twins both came to a complete stop, I bumped into their backs, "ouch...hello?" I turned to face them again, they both tugged on me to silence up. It was Ritz and he was interviewing anyone coming towards him, we were next.

"Oh!!! And look who we have here, the most famous and beautiful green haired twins I know!! Velvet and Veneer!!" Ritz said talking to the camera introducing them to it. Both twins waved excitedly "Hello Ritz! You look super nice, love the suit" Velvet said winking, Ritz was wearing a suit that matched his normal attire, it was white with sparkly spots in different color, his tie was black and so were his pants.

Ritz started laughing at Velvets compliment , "why thank you Velvet, how are you two feeling!!" He asked, that caused Veneer to hog the camera, "oh Ritz it's super fun!! We had just gotten here but already their seems so much to do!" Veneer said, I watched as they all continued chatting, Ritz asking random questions and the twins answering. Cause that's how a interview works.

Why am I explaining how an interview works??

I sighed. I really am not in the right state of mind, I started looking around more and noticed Rocket and Rocky. A small smile appeared on my lips, they seem to be having fun. Rocket and Rocky are known very well for voice acting, and just acting in general. They are normal siblings, two brothers to be exact.

Their dressing attire is fascinating, both are wearing suits of course. Rocky was wearing a normal black suit that had a red tie while his brother, Rocket, was wearing a red suit and a black tie. Their style is always Ying and Yang with each other. Rockets hair was slicked back and he was wearing sunglasses while Rocky was a Quiff hairstyle and he was wearing a red mask to match his brother suit.

I admired their outfit before I heard my name being called, Ritz was interviewing me. "And here's the lovely body guard that EVERYONE loved!!! How are you feeling (Y/n)!" Ritz said excitedly, i giggled at his reaction before waving at the camera, "I'm terrified Ritz." I said with a smile hoping for one small laugh, and I earned three. "Awww come on! Cheer up this is the life of the party!!! Well Bop on Top! Let's go interview some other people! Bye Velvet and Veneer! Bye (Y/n)!!" Ritz said before walking away, his camera crew followed, we all three waved.

The twins smile dropped, "you better have been joking!" Veneer said, i ignored him observing at the crowd of people trying to find...her. I felt a hand grabbing my chin forcing me to face forward, it was velvets. "What's up with you?" Velvet said raising a brow, I felt bad, I really am ruining their moods.

"Sorry sorry...let's go get you two drinks!" I smiled at them, they both looked concerned. "Guys i promise I'm fine, let's go!" I said a little more cheerful, they both sighed before walking towards the bar. I followed close, my smile dropping as I was back to a stern look. I watched closely at the people around them, I'll protect the twins with my life.
