Withered Rose

Chapter 2

She didn't want to bother him so she summoned her scythe and rode it like a witch dose with a broom then looked to a spot with no living things a far

Thankfully there was a square like spot she could sit as she sat down and admired the boy for a while

The boy soon noticed her and suddenly changed like he was a whole different person from the boy who was playing around in the flowers creating them in his hands happily while smiling

He now had a cold face and a not so welcoming aura like he didn't want her there but he grabbed a flower and approached her and asked who she was and why has she came

The boy:"My name's Caleb who are you and why have you come to my realm?"

He offered the flower as he asked with a fake smile

Giselle:"ah...m-my name or which goddess I am?"

Caleb:"which goddess you are"

Giselle answered his questions as she grabbed the flower

Giselle:"I'm..." She looked down at her hand to see the flower he gave her withered withered "the goddess of death and-"

As soon as he heard she was the goddess of death and the noticed the withered flower he didn't let her finish her sentence

And said something that would affect her although she hears it every time

Caleb:why do you even exist,get out of my realm now"

Giselle was shocked and deeply hurt although people distanced from her and weren't fond of her no one has ever behaved the way Caleb did

Caleb:"I said now before you destroy my realm"

Giselle kept quiet for a few seconds but then stood up and said 4 words while bowing her head before riding her scythe and quickly leaving the realm

Giselle:"I'm sorry for existing"

Giselle went back to her realm and tried to make the now withered flower that he gave her to have color and life again like before

She kept trying with all her might for a few minutes then gave up and tried creating flowers in her hands like he did but once again gave up after several attempts

She then stood up and went in her house and layed down on her bed filled with loneliness,sadness and boredom

But after 1-2 minutes Caleb came to visit her and saw how dull and unlively her realm was like the complete opposite of his

He felt pity as he knocked on the door of her house but since she rarely ever gets visitors she thought it was her imagination but realized it wasn't

And quickly went to open the door looking quiet excited but her excitement quickly faded as she saw Caleb standing in front of her her and tried to close the door quickly

But Caleb quickly got in and saw how messy it was inside her house

Caleb tried to grab her hand but she quickly pulled back her hand fearing that he might die if he touched her
