Chapter Seven Alantis

"I can't believe your dad is chaperoning to watch Sam." Ash says, the face paint slowly coming off. As the night went on Ana having spent hours. Carefully crafting the small lines as he played with a random. Makeup brush on avens vanity, she told him he looked. Like tate from American horror story when she was finished. Carefully highlighting his cheek bones with glitter. Only shaking his head with the proud look on her face.

Now he stood lights strobing above him, the gymnasium.  Crowded seeing as Sam passes them in a lakers costume. Laughing with moon, barely noticing ash's existence.

"Ya he's on a totally fucking rampage since I told him everything." Colby says looking at his sister but his eyes weren't harsh. No matter how complex him and Sam seemed to get. He always looked at her the same, worried. Like she wasn't aware yet how shitty the world could be.

"Nice costumes, skeleton and what are you?" Demetri asks looking at Colby who only smiles

"I'm a joint" watching as demetri face morphed into horror. That Colby was breaking the rules "smoking at Eli's is one thing. But I can't not condone this!" Demtri says looking around anxiously.

"Not asking you to long legs, promise I'll tell them you thought I was crumpled paper." Colby's smile is sarcastic, making demetri huff turning spotting the two girls. Ash had arrived with, his mouth falling open slightly.

"How do they get hotter every time we see them?" Demetri says looking at the group of boys. Ash putting his empty solo cup on the table beside them.

"Because their faces are realer then the porn on your computer?" He watches the boys face light up like a Christmas tree. Spluttering like he's trying to form something. To prove ashs point wrong, except his reaction. Had made it that much worse.

"Hey boys, you spike the punch yet?" Aven asks her brother with a smile. Who shakes his head carefully nodding towards Daniel larusso. Who's been eyeing him like a hawk the entire night.

"Larusso is watching me like I might burn the gymnasium down." Ash says watching aven smile "I'll deal with that". She says strutting off towards the man.

The crowd carefully parting as she walked into it. Aven had that effect she made people move because her confidence. She knew she was better then most people. So she held her head high and walked with pride.

"Hey Mr Larusso, Sam didn't mention you'd be here tonight. I'm sure my mom would've chaperone if she'd known." Aven says watching him smile at her. His eyes leaving ash turning his attention to her. "See you aren't matching with Sam tonight."

"No laker girls aren't that original no offence, least not when there's a pack of them." Aven says as he nods, Daniels eyes wandering over to sam. His daughter still being tailed by kyler, he couldn't quite grasp why.

When she found Colby she'd been destroyed, barely done anything until he woke up. Visits him after school everyday to bring his homework, to the hospital. Trying to bring normality to his life. He'd lost when he'd been admitted to the ward.

Now she stood smiling at the boy who'd been the direct cause. He figured Amanda was right she was growing up. Growing into the person she'd be, but Daniel wasn't a fan. Now he wasn't so sure of that theory when aven stood.

She'd always been the popular one out of the pair. She attracted attention where ever she was much like her mother. Daniel remembers the night he met ally. He was like a moth to a flame when he saw her. He had to know her now he wonders if it'd been worth it. Because here he was in a thirty year old rivalry. With ally only being a person in the rear view mirror.

He thought about her on night when him and Amanda aren't on the same page. Wondering what could've been, who he'd be if they'd stayed together.

"Mr Larusso?" Aven says snapping him out of his haze.
