𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢 𝐬𝐞𝐨-𝐲𝐮𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 -- where she was or what was happening.

in fact, she was finding that she knew very little. no matter how hard she tried to gather her memories and search through them to try and find the answers to her very many questions, it was as if someone had scrubbed her brain with a rag and bleach until there was next to nothing left.

however, there were a few things she could remember - things being her name and the very basic information about herself, and the other being that she had talked to a mysterious figure in the near past. though, it seemed that there were no distinct characteristics about said person that made them stand out.

one main thing that seo-yun was wondering, was whether it was normal for every inch of your skin to be tingling. the tiny flickering pin-prints against her skin made it hard for the girl to concentrate on anything other than the numbness in her fingertips and arms.

ever so slowly, she rose from her sideways laying position on the floor, and shakily climbed to her feet. she looked around, surveying her surroundings in hope that seeing the environment around her would spark a memory in her head which would lead to more and more being remembered.

but no, that was not the case. seo-yun could see that she was in some kind of shack or small wooden building. the building itself looked incredibly worn down, some pieces of wood had chipped away allowing small streams of light to flood through the cracks and illuminate the small room.

she continued to hesitantly walk around the shack, searching for anything that may tell her who she was or where she was when her eyes landed on the shattered pieces of a mirror lying on the ground in the corner of the room.

she slowly approached the shards of glass, each of her footsteps causing the flimsy wood beneath her feet to creak eerily. as she approached closer, she was finally able to see her broken reflection in the mirror.

seo-yun may not have remembered much, but she knew for one that there probably wasn't another time in her.. life when she had looked as alive and glowing as she did now. she ran a hand down her face, feeling the soft skin on her cheek roll along with her hand.

she just stood there for a few moments, lips pursed and taking in every aspect of herself.

'maybe losing all my memories were worth this..?

no, don't think like that, seo-yun'

but the quiet didn't last long when the door on the other side of the room was harshly swung open, making seo-yun swivel around and raise her hands slightly so she wasn't blinded by the sudden bright rays of sun shining through the dark house.

amidst the light, though, was a figure - similar to that of a shadow. the shadow person took another step into the shack, their frame covering the light flowing through the open door and making seo-yun able to see their features properly.

it was a tall man, like tall tall, at least six foot four. he had milky smooth skin and plush pink lips, his medium-length hair falling over the top of his forehead slightly from underneath his large hat. but his eyes, his eyes pierced as if they were daggers - though it seemed as if there was some amount of softness kept locked away and hidden behind his coal-black eyes.

the two stared at each other for a moment, until it seemed that something clicked in the man's head as he opened his mouth to speak.

"shouldn't you be burning in hell?"

"okay.. what happened to hi, hey and hello??"
