Chapter 13 : enemy

Zhi yuan's POV

I heard a loud sound upstairs and went in to check

I just finished talking to Damien about the mafia organization and he already left because someone for him

I was horrified when I saw Kai lying on the floor unconscious

"Hon..."

I ran to him and quickly picked him up

"Call an ambulance someone pls!!" Fuck I don't know what to do seeing my beloved unconscious is making me horrified

Moments later the ambulance arrived and I never left Kai's side

Time skip...

Kai is ready in the e.r and he has been there for about 30 minutes now God knows how terrified I am right now all I can do is pray for my beloved and my child

Finally I heard the door of the e.r open it was the doctor I

I stood up and quickly approached the doctor

"How's my wife?"

"Mr.chen your wife is okay know we've examined that he was either been hit by someone or he hit his head somewhere"

Know that I have thought about it our room earlier was messy and one of our windows wa broken I truly believed that an enemy has broken in...

"Thank you for saving my wife doc" i said
Almost in tears

"It's my job and good thing that it wasn't that serious and the baby is fine" he said and smiled and walked away

I immediately called Damien to investigate and gave him permission to go in the mansion

If I ever find out who is behind this I'll make them suffer to death..

Time skip...

We are now in a v.i.p room because I want my wife to be comfortable and to be more safe

He is now resting peacefully and he has a bandage on his head

While waiting  for him to wake up i just sat next to him and held his hand on my face

"Hon who ever did this to you I'll make them suffer.." I said while kissing the back of his hand

I felt his finger move a little and I noticed that he is already awake

"Z-zhi..." He called

"Yes honey I'm here, where does it hurt tell me?" I asked and held his face

"Zhi.." he called again and he suddenly Burst in to tears and I quickly rushed to hug him

"Shhh..honey I'm here everything's fine your okay" I said while I keep on showering him with kisses on his face

"zhi Yung anak natin tell me our baby is okay diba?" He said and looked at me with tears in his eyes

"Yes hon our baby is perfectly fine wag kang mag alala" I said and kissed his forehead

"Zhi m-meron naka pasok na naka itim sa kwarto natin n-natatakot ako kung Anong pwedeng mangyare satin..paano kung mas Malala pa ang ng yare sakin paano kung ikaw naman Yung nasaktan-"

I quickly cut him off by kissing him I kissed him passionately it was a light kiss yet it was full of love

"Hon I assure we will be fine gagawin ko lahat ng makakaya just to protect the both of you mas gugustohin ko pang ako Yung masaktan kesa sa mag Ina ko" i said and while looking at him

"No..di ko kaya kung mawawala ka promise me that you will not get hurt, promise me Zhi" he said

"I can't promise that darling but I'll try to not get hurt"

we heard the door open and it was my parents and Damien

"Anak Kai how are you?" My mom asked

"We heard the news that you rushed Kai in the hospital we got worried and quickly went here" my dad said and he was bringing some fruits

Meanwhile Damien was also bringing some food and pastries

"The enemy's are attacking" damien said and it made me furious

"Fuck..."

"Bago palang ang kalaban based on our investigation it might be someone powerful"

My wife looked at me and said

"Zhi is everything alright?" He asked in a worried tone, my parents looked at me and Damien

"I'm fine hon don't worry" I said and gave mom a signal to distract Kai for a bit

"We have to make a plan and we have to know who are the enemies make sure to investigate more" I said to him

"Yeah got it I'll call Timothy so we can have a meeting about the plan later" he said and left

Ill do anything just to protect my family I'll do everything just to protect my beloved.
