REAL LIFE
that saturday, kimberly drove to simon's around eleven. parking her car before going to knock on the door. a moment later, the door opened, revealing simon.
"kim!" the man smiled, giving the girl a side-hug. "how have you been?"
kimberly sighed, chuckling. "i've been good." she replied, pulling away. "how have you guys been? i've missed you two." she continued, smiling.
simon laughed lightly, shutting the door behind them and leading her towards the living room. "we've been good, talia's just in the living room with mushu."
when they entered, talia shot up from the sofa, giving the younger girl a hug. "oh my god, kimmy!" she exclaimed, bringing the girl to sit on the sofa next to her. "i've missed you so much, i don't think i've seen you since the wedding." she said, mushu crawling up to lick her face.
