"You told me everything was going to be fine, I would get all that I will receive in our deal why is this happening to my daughter? When I saw her she couldn't stop shaking blood was pouring out of her mouth..."Hubert couldn't help but cry he didn't understand.

The demon in the darkness laughed at him as he said" Those demons out there are looking for me, the deal is still active as ever. Ever since your people got a hold of me I've been trapped here. That doesn't make the demons happy to know their master is missing. Don't you ever wonder why the land is forsaken even cursed?"Hubert narrowed his eyes at the darkness that surrounded him not receiving an answer it spoke again.

"Your ancestors were killing and torturing people for my sake as a sacrifice...You are not holy but a bastard full of sinners, who fell into the wrong hands of faith."

Hubert gritted his teeth in rage"Don't you dare question my family's beliefs! We did it to save the church and our families! you know nothing Demon!"The darkness grew wider making it hard for Hubert to be in the dark that stayed in the crypt where no light was shined anymore.

"You dare threaten me human and our deal...You will reap what you sow, I'm warning you. I will reak hell on this disgusting village and make sure I'll take everything from you. Everything..."

His body began to shake suddenly in fear, when was the demon able to make the whole crypt dark like this...something was wrong he thought to himself. Hubert clenched his fist tightly as he grabbed something from his waist belt which seemed to be holy water. The small glass bottle was filled with a clear liquid, he opened up the bottle popping the cork out. Taking small daps of holy water in his hands flicking it off into the dullness that surrounded him making the demon scream in agony.

Hubert smirked as the area became clear and the candle lights lit up making the crypt brighten up. A man appeared bound in chains with torn clothing. Hubert chuckled at the demon as he kept his frustration in check"Oh so you do have a physical form. I wouldn't have resorted to such a thing if you were a good demon and learned your place, to begin with. I know of my family's wrongdoing but as you can see I never killed anyone for your sake."

The man looked weak and out of his mind as he did his best to look at Hubert only to look downfeeling his skin burning off due to holy water.

He plastered a smile on his face"My..oh my Hubert you sure did catch me off guard there...You don't scare me Human when those demons find me you are-"Before the man could finish his sentence Hubert splashed more of the holy water on him kneeling in the process

"How about you shut your filthy mouth demon! I will dump this whole bottle on you so can burn away I would love to see it, now you are going to tell me what I need to get for the cure to save my wife."

In the early afternoon, Neva decided to go to the Convent that her father had told her to visit for a few weeks. She looked up with hesitation before walking to the large building that stood in front of her. As she went inside she could feel pairs of eyes staring at her as she looked down walking toward her fellow member of the convent Mother Ida.

Ida was a strict woman who disciplined anyone who broke the rules at the convent even clumsy Neva had gotten a few words from her sister. Though she doesn't mean any harm she just wants everyone to follow their duty.

She was an old woman with wrinkles plastered on her face having round glasses that covered her small narrow eyes and also greyish-colored hair with a few black strains.Ida puts both of her hands together greeting Neva as she did the same"Ah, Neva I see your back. Have you come to help the convent or did your father send you here again?"

Neva broke into a cold sweat "M-My father sent me here Mother Ida, He was planning to visit my mother but had a quick change of plans. Is there anything you would like for me to help with while I'm here at my stay?"Ida smiled at Neva and said"For now you can go to your room and read your studies for the night Please read the book that is left on your desk it is important. Tomorrow we are all going out to serve a warm meal to the village, you still need to practice when feeding a large number of people all at once but we are all here to teach you, sister Neva. You may take your leave."

Neva bowed as she took her leave heading up to the narrow halls where her room was still intact as she left it. Once she was gone from Ida's vision her smile slowly faded into a frown that held worry for the poor girl. One of the mothers came up to her asking her what was wrong.

"I believe her father is up to no good again as it seems, that man is doing something mysterious, Mother Dianna."Ida's eyes were filled with sadness as she spoke to Dianna in a whisper for no one to hear.

Neva began to read one of the books Mother Ida had told her about she couldn't help but felt worried creep up her heart. Usually, her father would come to the convent and see how she was doing but nothing he hadn't come at all which was suspicious. As she continued reading she noticed something off with the book the pages are ripped out.  Something was wrong being there was more to picture than what her father had told her.
