Your short escapade with Veraxsis had left you feeling conflicted and worn out. Thankfully, your short nap had gotten you back on your feet for the time being and you were feeling more relaxed and energized now that you were back with the Bad Batch. You were still going through everything that had happened at the Preservatory in your mind. It had felt good to really go back through your memories but now you were just as confused as before about Veraxsis. You could reasonably say that he was truly Davids friend Priatel', but you didn't know how to feel about him otherwise.

You rolled over on your wall mounted rack and looked around. Wrecker was also laying down on the wall across from you and Omega was sitting at one of the computers looking at something. You couldn't see Hunter or Tech so you assumed they were up at the front. Your body felt fine, but it was still aching from the force ability you had been using. You watched Omega from your vantage point as her eyes scanned the screen reading through information on something.

She glanced over to the doorway as Hunter walked back, his vibro-blade in hand, evidently he had been twirling it. He sheaths it on the scabbard on his forearm and looks over Omegas shoulder at whatever she is reading.

"Anything interesting?" Hunter asks, looking from the screen down to Omega's sparkling brown eyes.

"Nothing mission related" she comments "but we will be visiting during the Festival of bloom".

"Sorry we can't stick around more than a cycle and explore, this one has been on our list." He replied with a sigh.

"It's okay Hunter" Omega smiled "I'm still hoping we go back to Artorias eventually".

Hunter smiled at Omega's comment and she went back to reading while he took a seat and tried to relax. You slide out of your bed at this point and walked past them, aiming to go up front and have a moment or two with Tech.

Hunter noticed you stirring and commented "get enough rest?" as you walked by.

"Barely, but I'm good to go" you replied and continued making your way up front.

While you hadn't said anything Hunter had a sneaking suspicion you wanted to speak with Tech. His brother had seemed particularly tense while you were gone on Lianna, even while Tech was doing his favorite tasks such as repairing the ship and telling others the best way to repair the ship. Hunter could feel the anxiety coming off of him the longer you were away even while Tech said nothing. Hunter knew your relationship with Tech had been progressing because both of your moods had been so unnaturally positive and it seemed to be heightened whenever you were alone together. The ship was small and Hunters ears were sharp, so he did his best to pretend he was deaf and focus on sounds that could not be related to people. But he was happy with how much more emotional depth Tech seemed to be engaging in as he began to explore more romantic avenues with you.

Speaking of Tech, you found him in his usual chair up front and sat down next to him in the co-pilot's seat. You thought it would be rude to close the doors to the hallway, but Hunter had slid the one closer to the center room shut when he had come back to the bunks so you simply repeated what he had already done.

--I haven't said anything, but I'm sure Hunter just knows-- you think to yourself, feeling your face start getting red --I can't imagine what he might have heard already--.

"Back to optimal energy levels?" Tech asks you, turning his gaze away from flying the ship and looking at your face. He had done his best not to quickly turn in expectation when he heard the door but was glad that it had been you who had come in. It had only been roughly four cycles on Lianna, but seeing your face again gave him a sense of relief. You had kept your promise about returning safely back to him. Your tiredness had been evident with how quickly you had slid onto your bunk, just greeting everyone and then taking a nap, thus he had been waiting to speak with you.
