Six years after Chay was born, their parents mysteriously died. The police found their dead bodies a week later; they couldn't find out who the murderer was; there was no foul play, so the police declared them guilty of committing suicide. At that time, Chay was only six, and Porsche was ten. They were put in an orphanage church under the care of the nuns. Porsche cried days after knowing that his parents had died. On the other hand, Chay did not cry; he did not understand what the point of crying was when everyone would die one day; he did not even feel sad. Porsche thought that Chay was too young to understand anything; that's why he did not find it weird that Chay never cried or felt sad about it. He did not want Chay to feel hurt. When they were put in the orphanage, Porsche never mentioned their parents; some nights he would cry while holding Chay close to him.

Five years later...

Chay was walking around in the orphanage while the other children were playing. He is the quiet one; he likes to be alone. The orphanage door opens. Was there another orphan that would be joining us? Chay wondered, and he watched as a young boy entered. He was around Chay's age, maybe a little bit older. The nun was talking to the boy, but the boy wasn't listening. He was looking at Chay with a smirk on his face. His eyes were scary, but Chay wasn't scared; instead, he liked his handsome face and his scary appearance.

After the nun was talking to the young boy, the nun turned to Chay and said, "From now on, Kim will be your roommate." nun Angela smiled and turned around to lead Kim to Chay's room. Chay's brother used to stay with him, but the nun decided to move him to another room with another boy. So Chay has been sleeping alone; he likes it. He likes being alone. Chay walks into his room. Kim was on the other side of the bed, sitting down. He was holding a bird in his hand. He was unbothered by Chay. Chay walks to him, sits beside him, and puts out his hand for Kim to shake. "I'm Porchay. You can call me Chay. What's yours?" Little Chay asks, and he tries to smile and look friendly.

Kim glared at Chay but did not answer Chay's question. He then looked down at the bird he was holding and petted it, and he suddenly choked the bird to death. He looks at Chay, expecting him to be scared and scream, but to his surprise, Chay did not look scared; there was even a smile on his face. Kim then handed the dead bird to Chay, who happily took it. "The nun had told you my name, didn't she?" Kim said this while looking at the dead bird. "I figured that since you are my roommate, I should give you a present, so consider that a gift from me, little Chay." Kim grinned at Chay. He likes Chay. Chay is different from other children; that's what Kim likes.

Just then, nun Anne walks into their room. "Hey, throw that dead bird away," nun Anne says to Chay. She then turns and glares at Kim. "You better not be a nuisance over here; the last orphanage you are in told me that you love to scare the children with your dead animal," nun Anne said firmly, still glaring at Kim. Chay did not want to throw the bird away; it was a gift from Kim. How could he throw it away? Kim snatched the bird away from Chay, took a small knife from his pocket, and stabbed the bird multiple times before throwing it away. His hands were stained with blood, and some blood splashed on his face. The nun looks terrified. She walks towards Kim and snatches the knife away from him. "For the love of God, are you crazy?" she screams and walks away.

Crazy? Kim was the definition of madness, insanity, and a psychopath. Every child doesn't want to be near him, let alone play with him. Some hate him, some are scared of him, but Chay? Chay is not scared of Kim or hates him; in fact, he loves Kim; he loves Kim's personality. Chay looks at the blood in Kim's hand. He takes it and licks it. Kim was surprised. He was still expecting Chay to be horrified, but instead he looks calm. "Do you love blood, little Chay?" Kim askes. "I don't really kill birds or see blood every day, but after seeing the blood on your hands, it definitely fancies me." Chay smiled at Kim. "Do you want to kill a bird with me? It will be fun." Kim smiles at Chay. Kim loves Chay; Chay understands Kim; he's not afraid of Kim; Chay is different. Kim feels like he has found his soulmate. Chay is like Kim's other half. Chay looked at Kim and nodded.

At night, Kim would take Chay to kill birds and teach him how to catch and kill it afterwards. Chay would follow everywhere Kim goes. Chay did all of this without his brother knowing or anyone else. It was his little secret that he was still the innocent boy, and everyone thought, he loved being the innocent boy in front of everyone. He is, but he, too, is like Kim; he craves and loves blood; it's just too addictive for Chay. This went on for months. Chay loves Kim. They were inseparable until one day Chay woke up and Kim was gone. Chay tries to ask the nun where Kim is. The nun simply says Kim has been sent to another orphanage. Chay tries to ask which orphanage they won't tell him. Chay has been trying to find Kim, but to no avail. In the end, Chay just gives up, and he eventually forgets about Kim.

Present...

"K...Kim?" Chay stutters in his words. Kim turned to Chay; he was so engaged in stabbing the girl that he had forgotten that Chay was still there. Kim smiles at Chay, a creepy one; as always, Chay loves Kim's smile. Blood was splattered on Kim's face, his bare chest, and his sweatpants.

"Did you enjoy it, little Chay?" Kim asks

"little Chay?" That sounded familiar, Chay thought.

"Why don't you like it?" Kim askes.

"N-no, I like it." Chay didn't know why he was stuttering.

"Don't worry, little Chay. I won't hurt you; nobody would want to hurt their new pet, right?" Kim said, still smirking at Chay, that he walks up to Chay and traces Chay's face with the blood-stained knife, careful not to hurt Chay. The blood dripped down Chay's face. He then looked at Chay and smiled, admiring what he had done. "Blood looks so beautiful on you, little Chay." Kim said, holding Chay's face for him to look at more clearly. He then pets Chay on his head and puts the knife away.

"If you behave, I won't hurt you, and don't ever think to escape here; you are mine." Kim said he reached out and touched the choker with Kim's name. "The choker looks nice on you, don't you think? My name is on it, so everyone knows you're mine." Kim chuckled.

Chay nodded. He didn't know what to say; he just watched Kim's every single move. Kim was too familiar; he can't remember where he had seen Kim before.

"Little Chay Go sleep. It's late tomorrow. It will be a long day. You need rest. I will unchain you, and you will be sleeping with me. I mean, there's only one room unless you want to sleep on the couch."Kim grinned at Chay.

"N-no, the couch is fine." Chay felt his throat dry; he hadn't noticed it until now. "But may I have a glass of water? P'Kim?"

"Since you ask so politely of cause little Chay." Kim stood and went to get the water for Chay.

while Kim was gone. Chay glanced at the two dead bodies. He hoped that Kim would clean them away. He didn't want to be sleeping with two dead bodies. Just then, Kim came back with a glass of cold water. Chay immediately gulped down the cold water. The instant coldness hit his throat, and a wave of satisfaction hit him.

"Sleep well, little Chay. I will be sleeping soon, sweet dreams, little one." Kim said it in a cheerful voice.

Chay was tired. He was exhausted when his head hit the pillow. He immediately went into a deep sleep. Chay wasn't aware that Kim watched Chay sleep.

Even a angel have a dark side...
