My vision was dark, i couldn't see a thing. Where am i and what happened?

I tried to speak, but no voice comes out. I then starts to panick a little, the feeling of being unable to do anything is just too much.

The voice continues to spoke in a stern and gentle manner, it feels like a women is currently speaking to me.

Right, i was a Hardcore gamer. Wait, does it mean i'm dead? What happened before i died?!
