Sometimes, we don't want to touch the pain that has been buried deep within our heart. Sometimes, we don't want to admit our contradictions, that we are capable of both good and bad. Sometimes, we take criticism too hard, we take others' words personally, and it can ruin us mentally.And yet, sometimes... we ourselves are our undoing.
