C.O.D.E.'s POV

I protested against the president's idea of the alliance with the Rodrigar Family. He simply said, "C.O.D.E. The Rodrigar Family has given me their word that they are going to protest against Kiria and you know that The Rodrigar's always keep their word. Even. If. They. Lose. Their. Lives. So, that's why, as my top 'Weapon' You must attend a meeting we're going to have with them. You can even scan for any lies they are telling us, as long as you are there.", I looked at him and retorted, "Why do you want me to be there so badly?". Once that question was out, a long silence had arrived, luckily, the silence was cut when he told her, "Because you know that my life could be in danger whenever they're around. Anyway, I know you can deal with it." I agreed with him and asked him when it was, as it snatched a note pad and pen laying around on my desk to take note of the time and meeting place.

So it's in an hour ,huh?

I quickly got changed into something more formal. In the end, I chose a blue one shoulder dress with a empire waistline and glittering designs that formed a belt-like shape with a pair of Helvetica glasses (that I don't really need), which was able to do the same things as the laptop, but it was easy to make mistakes on it and I had added a finishing touch, a weapon that was strapped to my thigh, so that I could easily reach it with the slit on the side, but it was that noticeable because the dress had another layer of fabric to hide the gun and strap. I noticed that it would take some time in order to reach the meeting. I set off and arrived a few minutes before the meeting started. As I entered the meeting room, I saw that the Rodrigar leaders, Elanor Rodrigar and Nathan Rodrigar, with the president was sitting opposite each other. I stood near the walls and listened to the meeting, as I located their (Elanor and Nathan's) chips and had set up a truth scanner using my glasses.

(Author: So since I'm a lovely author that writes you guys stories, I'm going to tell you this now. This conversation is incredibly long so to make my life easier, I'll write it like a script! So, don't worry. I'll only do this if there's a script OR if there's a VERY LONG conversation ahead.)

President: Welcome Elanor, Nathan. So let me get straight to the point. (Author: I don't know why, but every single meeting starts off with this LINE EVERY TIME ON TV) Recently, I have been hearing that you want an alliance with us, the Feronia Company. Do I have the right to ask you this? 

Nathan: Of course you have the right, Mr Salvalian. We are here to form an alliance against Kiria. We will join but on these 3 conditions:

You will lend us your top 'weapons', you can pick any of them as long as they can defend us. They will be allowed to contact you for any information. I will make sure that they will be treated with our utmost care for the few months that they will be staying with us.

Would it also be possible for both of us to not make this alliance public. I believe this would cause an uproar if the public had heard this.

And finally, I would like to make sure that when you 'get' your weapons, please make them look more friendly- I mean, look at her over there, she just looks emotionless like a doll. (points at C.O.D.E.)

President: The person that you're looking at over there is my best 'weapon', however, the way I raised them was the right way, they're just not showing their emotions to you and you can't tell me to change what my 'weapons' are like. I'd rather prefer it if you referred them to my 'family', when you say 'weapons', it just makes me sound cruel. I suppose I could accept these conditions... Well, consider this alliance complete! But first sign this contract please.

Nathan: What contract?

President: This one. (C.O.D.E. hands a contract over) I have also included our own conditions.

From now on you will be considered our family as long as this alliance is in tact

You must never reveal any information to enemies no matter what 

You must not harm anyone in this family or you will be banished

Nathan read through the contract and nodded at the conditions and terms before signing the contract along with his wife.

I snapped my head towards the vent in the ceiling and used the glasses to analyse for any signs of other chips or presences by programming the glasses to use a thermal scan and chip scan. It continued to scan the vents and I had finally found a reddish or orange shape that was just about to push the vent down and attack the Rodrigars. I looked towards them and saw that they were returning the pieces of paper called contracts before I lunged towards the vent tugged the vent out forcefully and dragged the attacker out of the vent and quickly used the glasses to disable his chip. Gosh... This chip was so easy to get through. It's been sometime since I've hacked into a several layered machine... I was about to leave, but the President had stopped me and said the 9 words that I did NOT expect to hear. "I have chosen you to go with the Rodrigars."
