With one hand on the phone, the other can be seen guiding a figure under the blanket. Moving back and forth.

"Yeah, that's the spot!"

Under the blanket is a girl with blue and black dreads, the hair is pulled back in a bun with tight braids on the sides, the kind of girl you would assume is lesbian and wouldn't deny it. Everything from the eyebrow piercing to the tongue piercing. To the tattoos running up and down her arms, not knowing where they start or end. Her tongue is warm, but the tongue piercing cold as ice and a good balance of the two, almost like a juggling act. You can tell this isn't her first time.

She sucks hard one last time.

"Fuck!"

She licks up the mess she made.

The girl on the bed takes a deep breath and lets out a relaxing exhale. Within the same moment almost instantaneously, like a switch had been flipped, she was back to her serious demeanor.

"Are you still there?" She spoke into the phone.

On the phone, a grey pillow can be seen for a moment until the image darts over to a shirtless guy, trying to hold the phone in a way to appear strong. "Yeah, I'm still here, I just got it everywhere this time," he explained. A message pops across the screen reading,

We need to talk

She is barely paying attention to the guy on the phone, used to his responses she gives quick and short answers. She grabs the shirt she was wearing before the activity off the floor and puts it on. A pink blouse. She begins to type on the pop up bubble, "Why? I don't have anything to say"

Another message appears on the screen,

It's important

She is not paying any attention to the guy confessing his feelings. That's not the kind of girl she is at all. Love was too complicated for her. Too many problems for no real benefit.

"I love y.."

She hangs up the phone. Disgusting.

"Are you ever going to tell him?" Julie says climbing out of the bed, throwing the blanket to the floor.

"What for? This isn't anything important." She replies to Julie

"Damn. Bitch, that's harsh even for you, You good? Julie says

"Yeah, I just...."

Julie cuts her off, "Yeah, Yeah no strings attached and shit." Julie begins to take her hair down, her hair naturally falls to the right side. No longer just the girl under the sheets, but a model in her own right.

"I just have a lot going with school and my resume, you know the networking bullshit" The blonde explains to julie.

"Trust me I know the feeling, try being in my shoes people take one look at me and put my resume in the trash." Julie says.

"And they would be dumb as fuck Miss Dean's List every semester" the blonde laughed. It's true Julie was a genius, always loving anything different. Eventually falling in love with medicine, and growing up watching Grey's Anatomy inspired her to be a Doctor. She had a hard life and was always misunderstood for her free mind. She debated a few times on her career but maybe if she can help save lives then it would help the idea that no one ever saved her.

"Yeah, Yeaah" They both laughed.

------

A girl in a pink and white Sunday dress made her way down the aisle just as she did every Sunday. This was a"Family thing" that would happen once a week. The idea to the little girl was odd, coming to a place to talk to the invisible man who was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Everyone is full of fake smiles, and trying to make small talk. In reality to the little girl the church was lonely. If the church was not here everyone would be at home probably be looking at the TV like they did the rest of the week.

Something was different on this day, not everyone was smiling and happy, the older ladies can be seen in disapproval of something. As the little girl and her family moved closer to the front the more the feeling of hate followed. Finally at the third bench to the front, they sat down but, something was different, a man and a woman, sitting in front of them. The little girl did not recognize them before. The little girl raised her hands up to ask her mom who they were. At that moment a ray of sunshine appeared, a little girl stood up from the bench in front of her.

"Hello," the little girl in the sunflower dress said joyfully. "What's your name?"

The girl in the pink dress spoke in a strange accent, "My name? .... My name is .."

"Britney! Are you good?" Julie shouted at Britney.

"Yeah, sorry I just had something on my mind." Britney said.

"You want to talk about it?" Julie said.

"You're my best friend but no. I have so much to do but, I'll let you know if I'm still going to that thing" Britney says as she grabs her backpack that has been sitting in her desk chair waiting for the next unmark trip around the campus.

"You can let yourself out, but I swear to god Julie if I find something missing, that's your ass." Britney says.

"No promises." Julie joked

Britney rolled her eyes and walked out the door. As the door shuts a chime clicks on her phone. She reaches into her pocket and in all capital the letters read.
