After they got out of the secret room in Songrim Yinsu walked behind Jang Uk and Mudeok who were bickering again. Smiling as she looked at the two, She hoped they would end up together. Yinsu and Mudeok bow to the Songrim mages who approached. One of the mages looked at Yinsu and Mudeok before his gaze landed on Uk "Who are they?" He asks Jang Uk, but Mudeok butts in introducing both of them. "I am Mudeok, his maid and this is Yinsu his bodyguard, and another maid," Mudeok says and Yinsu raises a brow looking at Uk. "So I went from a maid to a bodyguard?" She whispers to Uk who smiles and nods. "You heard her right? They are my maids, You seem busy go on then." Uk says before looking at Yinsu and Mudeok "Let's go Mudeok, Yinsu" He says before getting cut off by the mage "You may not leave, the leader ordered everyone to gather at the training center." 
"I am not a member of Songrim" Jang Uk replied looking at Sang Ho, "He wants every living thing within these walls to gather there." Sang Ho says and Jang Uk has no choice but to nod. 

They enter the training center seeing everyone gathered there they meet with Danggu and Uk asks what's going on "They're going to catch Naksu's men who are in here." Danggu replies and Uk looks at Mudeok while Yinsu leans on the pillar where Yul is standing she raises a brow noticing the Blue jade egg that was on his belt making her smile a little before standing up straight when the leader entered the room Yinsu was older than the four seasons and Mudeok she was at least 3 years older than them. "One of you has helped Naksu's men who sneaked in here today." Master Park says as he looks at them before Danggu speaks "But my Lord, everyone here knows each other." 
"All of you here look like that of Songrim that is why I asked someone for help. Lady Jin Cho-yeon of the Jin Family has brought Gwigu." Master Park declares as the second-born daughter of the Jin Family enters the room making Yinsu hum, "A sapsali? Are they perhaps hinting a soul shifter is among us?" Yinsu says making Danggu and Yul who were beside her look at her "Ah... pardon me for speaking out of line I just happened to know the gossip in Daeho a few years back 20 years... since the last soul shifter." Yinsu says but Yul cuts her off "Probably, everyone here knows each other only by face... not by soul," Yul says, and Danggu nods. Yinsu looks at Yul "Can I ask what level mages are you?" She says unbothered by the situation causing suspicion to brew in Seo Yul's mind but Danggu smiles brightly as he answers "Chisu-level mages" He says and Yinsu nods with a smile

"Then both of you are high-ranking mages... does that mean you know the effects of the alchemy of souls?" She asks and Yul nods... before a smirk appears on her face she knows she's giving Yul more reason to be suspicious of her but she doesn't mind "Can you detect one with just their energy~?" She asks as Yul and Danggu's eyes snap towards her in bewilderment. She grips her sword as Master Park announces that there is a soul shifter among them and that Gwigu will be able to detect that soul shifter she looks at Mudeok in concern but says nothing but she pauses moving closer to Yul as the man looks at her she leans into his ear whispering "behind..." She mutters. Yul looked behind them seeing a man who looked normal but he nodded at Yinsu putting up his guard, Yul switched places with her They watched as Gwigu was released and Yinsu looked at the sapsali as it looked at everyone observing them before his eyes landed on Mudeok and it growls jumping down but it falters as it looks at Yinsu feeling the threatening storm of energy she bears before it growls going closer to them as Jang Uk pulls Mudeok closer Yinsu grips her hairpin as the tension rises and the sapsali comes closer growling. Yinsu felt a hand grip hers she looked down and saw Mudeok holding her hand she gripped it tight reassuring Mudeok that she wouldn't hesitate to deflect Gwigu. The sapsali pounces making Yinsu pull Mudeok and Jang Uk behind her pulling her blindfold down a little so that the sapsali sees her eyes as she glares her energy enough to tell the sapsali that she bears the dragon of lightning's energy within. The sapsali lands on the second level of the training center going for the man that Yinsu pointed out to Yul earlier revealing another soul shifter behind them who deflects the sapsali and Yinsu looks at the man the handkerchief Yul gave her now covering her eyes again 

The soul shifter runs as the other mages go after him, Yinsu, Jang Uk, and Mudeok go outside watching as the mages surround the soul shifter their swords drawn but the soul shifter manages to kill those who attacked him Yinsu moves to help but Yul pulls her back as he went to go kill the soul shifter. Yinsu watches as their swords meet and Yul moves swiftly kicking the soul shifter making it land in front of Yinsu who doesn't even flinch as Yul stabs the soul shifter in the heart she watches as it gets petrified turning to stone. A little later Jang Uk drags Yinsu with him as he lets Mudeok leave for a bit and because of that Yinsu stands awkwardly beside Uk as Master Park and Master Heom thank Cho Yeon for coming Yinsu stands there awkwardly fidgetting with her sleeves she looks up when Uk excuses himself making her sigh in relief she was already too tired to deal with such things. As Uk leaves her alone to look for Mudeok she walks around pausing when she feels a pull from the red jade egg she takes it out of her pocket wondering why he is putting energy into it now...? she adds a little energy into hers wondering how he reacted before stopping she only added enough to show him she was close but not enough for the other half of the yin and yang jade to pull the other half near. 

She runs back to the training center pausing when she sees the family heirloom broken she sees Danggu and Mudeok running up to them and asking what happened as Danggu explains that Jang Uk broke Gwigu's pottery and is now facing punishment Yinsu follows as Danggu and Mudeok leave heading to where Uk is. She stands beside Yul as they watch Uk getting scolded before Master Park speaks "I will not let it slide this time. Until I say so, I forbid Jang Uk from moving or talking, Repent." He says and Yinsu sighs "Mudeok... you deal with him," She says making Mudeok snap her head in Yinsu's direction and glare while Danggu and Yul look at them Yinsu hasn't even spent a week with Jang Uk and she's already getting tired of his antics. 
"Do not worry, He won't punish him for long" Yul says looking at the two women Yinsu merely nods while Mudeok doesn't respond. "He almost died because of a cold when he was punished...all night long one day. Uk's gate of energy is opened just enough to keep him alive, so extreme cold or heat can be life-threatening. he cannot recover when he falls ill" Danggu says before getting interrupted by Mudeok. "Then open his gate of energy for him he desperately wants it. You are his friends" She says  Yinsu paused "So you mean if he were to take a strong poison there would be no choice but to open his gate of energy for him to live?" Yinsu says and Danggu nods Yinsu hums a soft and graceful smile appearing on her face she looks at Mudeok who was wondering what Yinsu is thinking about Yinsu only smiles at her. Yul looks at Mudeok before answering "We are still too weak to do that. No one in Songrim- no, no one in Daeho is allowed to do that" "Mudeok-ah they're only Chisu-level mages... they are still far from Hwansu." Yinsu says and Yul looks at her. "Pardon me but You know a lot and the way you held your blade earlier against me... you are a mage but do not belong to any mage family or even train under one so tell me Yinsu-ah who taught you everything you know." Yul says and Yinsu smiles at him "That is something personal Young master Seo... but maybe I can tell you once I fully trust you." Yinsu says. 

"Young Master Seo, you are all already punishing him for a lifetime because of that," Mudeok says referring to them not opening Jang Uk's gate of energy After a while Yinsu watches as Mudeok places a hot cup of tea in front of Uk before leaving Yinsu leaves as well.

The next day she enters Jang Uk's room he is shocked thinking she followed Mudeok 
"She didn't come home yet?" Yinsu asks and Jang Uk nods "The assistant Gwanju will burn Naksu's body in front of Cheonbugwan and they will keep her sword as well... I'm afraid to ask this but can you do me a favor?" Yinsu says and Uk looks at her curiously "Eh? And what could you possibly need my help for??" Jang Uk asks and Yinsu sighs "You will be getting her sword right? while you're at it... try to find the records of Cho Suyin in Cheonbugwan." Yinsu says and Jang Uk looks at her seriously "𝕮𝖍𝖔 𝕾𝖚𝖞𝖎𝖓? 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖔𝖓𝖑𝖞 𝖕𝖚𝖕𝖎𝖑 𝖔𝖋 𝖒𝖞 𝖘𝖔 𝖈𝖆𝖑𝖑𝖊𝖉 𝖋𝖆𝖙𝖍𝖊𝖗?" Jang Uk asks her and she nods 

Timeskip: 
Yinsu was with Uk as they went into Cheonbugwan for the sword she stood by as Jang Uk did the talking but she could feel Jin Mu's eyes on her making her bow a little "Yinsu... Assistant Gwanju... I am Jang Uk's maid" She says her voice was cold and stern and her face was blank of emotions or the gentleness that she usually displays Jin Mu looked at her and nodded but he knew that she was familiar with her posture and the way she presented herself... He reminds her of the young girl his master once took in... the girl who was the child of a mere constellation mage who even surpassed him as a grown man while she was a girl of six and was already capable of Hwansu and had a technique of her own Beongaesu and Taisu. Yinsu stood up straight taking the sword of Naksu when Jang Uk told her to carry it. "I also wish to ask for the records of My father's pupil. Cho Suyin or as the Cheonbugwan mages call her these days "The child of the Lightning dragon." Jang Uk says making Jin Mu turn to him the man's face contorted to surprise as a malicious smirk forms on his face "She is no longer a mage of Cheonbugwan and is already deemed dead." Jin Mu says but Jang Uk holds his hand up and continues "I am not asking for the person. I am asking for her records and techniques that I know have been recorded by my father himself I am my father's son and therefore I can borrow and take things from Cheonbugwan that were written by my father to study them and that includes even the records of his pupils." Jang Uk says as he looks at Jin Mu who glares at him but tells one of his mages to Fetch it. It takes a while until the mage comes back with 3 textbooks with a dark violet cover "These are the textbooks written by Cho Suyin and The Gwanju Jang Gang. Two of them contain the techniques and attributes of Beongaesu and Taisu while the other one is the life and study record of Cho Suyin the Child of the Lightning Dragon." Jin Mu says through gritted teeth. 
"But do know not even the strongest mages that are part of any mage family can do or use Beongaesu or Taisu." Jin Mu says Jang Uk nods as he takes the sword from Yinsu carrying it himself while Yinsu takes the textbooks from the mage and follows after Uk 

On the way back Jang Uk looked at her and asked "Why do you wish to have those textbooks?" Jang Uk says once they enter his room. Yinsu looks up and slams the textbooks on the table taking one of them and opening the first page "I may not be your master, but that does not mean I cannot tell you of the things your father has discovered years ago. Beongaesu... the power to transform energy gathered from Ryusu to lightning and being able to generate it at will." Yinsu says pointing at the illustrations from the book and Jang Uk looks at her his mouth open no one in Daeho knew these teachings existed at all... not even Songrim he had suspicion and awe on his face as he listened to her explain. "Taisu is affiliated with Beongaesu. Taisu just like Tansu is an art of the sword and is capable of killing multiple enemies with only one attack but the twist in Taisu is that it is a time lag attack, The user creates slashes or attacks depending on which they choose and holds it in through the convergence of Ryusu being able to generate the energy and Jipsu gathering energy from the surroundings and then using Beongaesu to activate such attack." Yinsu says and Jang Uk looks at her "None of these are taught by any master I have encountered how did you know that these techniques existed..." He says and She sighs "Because these techniques were only founded and created years ago by a six-year-old prodigy." She says and he looks up "You mean to tell me... these techniques are the techniques created by Cho Suyin? but how she has no mage family background other than her father being a constellation recorder in Cheonbugwan." Jang Uk says and Yinsu nods "Beongaesu and Taisu are dangerous techniques to generate Lightning and control it many mages have lost their minds and burned themselves from the inside due to failing to control the storm energy that they summon to use beongaesu." Yinsu says as she points to a page in the book of Beongaesu "I am not your master but I want you to study the findings of your father through his pupil. For knowledge is power itself." Yinsu says before standing up and leaving closing the door.
