"We can't go on like this! More just keep showing up!" I said to him.
Xavier grabs my waist "hold on" he uses his power and I put my head on his shoulder when he used his power and little did I know we were near the exit then I looked at him. We were so close together and he looked more beautiful up close. "We're safe now"
"Thank you" I said letting go of him.
"The Wanderers were headed straight for us. It must be because of this Protocore..." he opens his hand out.
"What?" I asked in confusion.
"Let me check it." I give it to him as it did something strange.
"Why is it.."
"It's been modified. Clearly, the work of Onychinus."
"Onychinus?"
"An organization stationed in the
N109 Zone. Modifying Protocores is their most infamous achievement." He explains. "Let the Hunters Association handle it. They know what to do." Then he starts to walk away.
"Aren't you coming back with me?" I asked.
He stops and looks at me "The moon is out now. It's much brighter than before. So this time, you won't get lost." Then he leaves me alone.
