Chapter 5: Reflection in an Icy Eye

It's me again! Yes, I know I post a new chapter very, very late and I'm extremely sorry for it because I had a lot of things going on but I'd still want to finish this book. I'm thankful and thank you for you all for being patient and I hope you all enjoy.

A battle occurred at the 3rd Tactical Testing Sector, three mobile suits fired towards the F/D-19 Zowort, a mobile suit that Elan piloted as it now manoeuvring and dodging attacks from the three mobile suits from the Daigo House.

One of the three mobile suits' pilot, Wangzi starts to the give command. "Wumei! Osh! Synchronize your timing! We're going to hit the bastard!" Wangzi commanded them, both of the pilots took up the command and started to surround the Zowort and launched their attack but soon after, it flew up and dodging their attacks.

"Osh! Above you!" Wangzi called out to his teammate as Osh readies he's mobile suit's beam cannons and shoots it towards the Zowort but only for it to dodge it. Elan looked down on then as he it were unfazed by it.

"Now this is something." Shaddiq commented on the battle in the lounge, Secelia and Rouji both are there too. "You don't often see Elan accept a duel." He said as Secelia starts to giggle.

"I wonder if a certain someone's bad habits are contagious. I hope I don't get one." Secelia said while looking towards Guel with a mocking smirk, making him gets irritated.

At the Earth House, everyone in the House are watching the duel.

"Three against one... Just how conceited he is?" Chuchu commended at the duel, moreover towards Elan.

"Show some pride, Daigo House!" Ojelo cheered as he gets nervous of what becoming result might be at the end of the battle.

"Are you gambling on this again?" Nika asked Ojelo as she came up to them while carrying a box.

"I bet 200,000 that Elan loses." Ojelo said as Till is peeling the boiled eggs as Suletta eating them while watching the battle. Then, she hears a door being opened and seeing Naoto coming out of the shower with fresh uniform as he yawned and scratch his head a bit.

"Naoto-san, are you tired?" Suletta asked Naoto which he nodded to that and he went downstairs and sat beside Suletta and asked what're they watching. "A duel. Between Elan-san and the Daigo House if I heard it right." Naoto nodded to that information as he watched the duel with a tired eyes.

Back at the 3rd Tactical Testing Sector, the three mobile suit form Daigo House continued their attack with a barrage of missiles towards Elan's Zowort as it shot it down rather easily like it was Sunday.

The missiles are closing in towards the Zowort as one of the Daigo House commented. "Just try and shake them off!" Clearly confident with the missiles hit their targets but only for Elan to manoeuvre as the Zowort's thrusters unit goes from back to front and emits a powerful thrust, slowing it down and reversed at high speed, making Elan grunt from the force of the thrusters unit. The missiles hit the roof of the battlefield and made a big smoke and Elan used it as his advantages and came out of the smoke and shot towards the Daigo House's mobile suit, hitting it's head and arm as making it points it weapon towards its own allies and shot it down before the Zowort flew towards Wangzi's mobile suit.

"Osh! Wumei!" Wangzi called to his downed teammates and swore revenge on Elan as his mobile suit threw it's ranged weapon away and pulled out a beam saber and rushed towards Zowort as it does the same. Both mobile suits' beam saber clashed against one another and Zowort pushed back it's opponent and winning the clash, cutting Wangzi's mobile suit' anthena and won the duel.

In the Earth House. Everyone is shocked at the results but the most shocked one is Ojelo who just lost his 200,000 while Nuno just covered his eyes with his hands. "Looks like he won." Lilique commended with a smile. "My 200,000" Ojelo said with disappointment and dissatisfaction.
