Chapter two

"Honey, honey don't! Dont do it!" i heard a voice yell in a whisper before i felt my head jerk to the side hitting something cold yet leathery; groaning in complete agony. As i woke up my vision blurry, looking to what had hit my head; it was the car door.

Confused i looked over at my now laughing dad who was still driving, turning a corner.

"God dammit you! Why did u do that!?" My mother smacked him hard in the shoulder, but he kept on laughing as he stopped the car turning it off.

"Hey, she woke up didnt she? Besides she wouldn't wake up the first three times we tried." Then he turned towards me smirking. "We're here, get your things off and go put them in your new room.Your mother will help you." He nudges his shoulder my mother, but she was already out the car taking her and my luggage out of the trunk.

Quickly getting out of the back seat to help her carry it, grabbing the last one i turned to follow her ,but when I did i dropped my luggage, my mouth agape.

"We got a two story house with a pool!? Oh my god, I didnt imagine we had enough money for a pool. This is gonna be awesome!" I squealed jumping up and down in delight, picking up my things running inside the house.

"Where's my- I mean do i get to choose my own room?." I asked looking around the house taking in the details. Down the hall there were a glass slider doors getting a full view of the pool, the walls were painted a cream color and it smelled like pine trees for some reason. The living room was huge! There was a chimney with a T.V hanging above it against the wall. It was just beautiful.

"Sure just dont be too loud or your fath-just dont be to loud ok?" She said and she came in with her belongings.

"Oh ok, Thanks! LOVE YOU!!!", She smiled as i ran up the stairs, room to room, hallway to hallway. I had found my new room; the window was almost as big as the wall that showed a full view of the mountains. Placing my bags on the bed, i opened the window and poked my head out breathing the fresh air, the musk of pine trees and freshly cut grass and... Cologne? 'Why would there be colonge?' As the winds slightky picked up, my hair flew around my face which made me groan, pulling myself back inside my room fixing my hair. ''Stupid Wind.." I mumbled before going back down the stairs to see if mother needed anymore help, but as i did three people stood in the living room two parents and a boy about my age, including my mom and...

'Where's that asshole at..?' I thought to myself , Glacing over at my mother. "Oh, Sweetie great timing! These are the Quincy's. Mr. and Mrs." She held out her hand gesturing to them, then at the boy who was on his phone. "And this is their younger son, Jacob. Their older son couldn't make it here today But they came here to welcome us to our new home, say 'hi'"

I eyed them curiously, walking down the last few flight of steps until i stood next to my mother, bowing dramatically getting a better swift of the cologne. 'Ah..so thats where it was coming from...'

"Good to know we're welcomed here ,thank you Madam and Misure, we appreciate it." I smiled widely, which caused jacob to look up from his phone and smile while my mother rolled her eyes at me. "I think we're gonna get along just fine you and me."

Pleased from what he said, She clapped her hands together "How great! You already made a friend! How wonderful. I hope you two get to be great friends." She nudged me, wiggling her eyebrows. 'booooo' I thought 'Never he probably already has a girlfriend and i just met him.'

Minutes turned to hours, until they left. Yaaaaaay. I hated hearing them talk about how us kids were like and how the generation sucked dick...that part..i actually liked. As we walked them to the door, they said their goodbyes and drove off, then it accured to me.

"Mom?"

"Yeah?" She said as she kept waving them goodbye.

"How did i hit my head on the car door?"
