Chapter 9: Leave Me?

After two days:

It went normal in four couples like other days went, there is no progress in any couple. Anuj is trying to be a good husband and same with Divya, Aahan & Radhika fight most of the time. Kabir avoids Mina and Mina is quite on this, Karan wants to give a life like queen to Shina where Shina is trying to be a good wife. Leaving Anuj & Divya things are going little out in the other couple.

Mina's pov,

I was talking with Alia on call in room, I was alone which is normal. Kabir is so busy nowdays and look frustrated, maybe because of work stress. To be honest Kabir makes me uncomfortable, no he doesn't touch me but his behaviour makes me uncomfortable with him. mom is so sweet and takes care of me like a baby, but Kabir treats me like a burden. After our wedding night he changed a lot.
    I was busy talking while drinking coffee when suddenly I stumbled and coffee fell on........on Ka-bir's docu-me-nts. I widen my eyes and froze on the spot, I flinched when door open. I immediately stood in front of table where the documents are kept, blockings Kabir view.

Kabir's pov,

I enter in my room, I had to complete documents today's itself. Mina was standing in front of me like snake bite her, well her expression was like that. I ignored her like always and move closer to the table but she came in between.

Mina: you look tired!

Why suddenly she is concerned about me? I just nodded and again started walking but again she came in between.

Mina: you should sleep then!

Ok now it's annoying me, can't she mind her business. I decided to treat her nicely but because of my work load I became aggressive nowadays, that's why I ignored her.

Kabir: I'd sleep after completing some work.

My longest sentence after our first night, my mood is already spoiled and body tired. So I don't want to have a conversation now, plus I don't want to burst out on her. Her expression change she look tensed, did something happened? She is very bad at hiding things, she made mistakes which are related to me.

Kabir: what did you do?

She looked at me surprisingly, she looked so innocent even after committing a mistake. She didn't reply, she just move and looked down. I looked at her confusedly when suddenly my eyes fell on the table.

Kabir: what the heck!

I ran to the table and picked the paper which was wet in coffee, my blood started boiling.

Kabir: you did this?

Mina: I can expla---

Kabir: you did this or not?

I raised my voice little, she nodded.

Kabir: why? Have you lost your mind? Do you even know how important it was? I worked my ass out and you just ruined it.

And here my patience and everything broke.

Kabir: how can you be this careless? can't you mind your own business, why you always come to ruin everything. First you ruin my life by this stupid marriage and then now my important project.

She looked at me.

Kabir: I was forced to marry, I never wanted to marry you. You don't know how important these documents are and you can never know.

Angrily I took step towards her but she flinched hard and move back, it made me stop on the place. She looked really scared, before I can say anything she ran from there. Oh shit! What I had done, realization hit me hard. I was fuming in anger I didn't know what I was talking about, I can't tell it was false but I didn't want to hurt her. I regret saying those things, I really didn't mean to hurt her but I hurt her. Work and dad were so frustrated me and all it got poured on her, she is so sensitive no one ever had talked to her like I talked to her today.
