It was yet another day in Zodia, a Monday infact, a day that all the students dreaded the most. The small town of Zodia only had one high school, considering it's relatively small population. This institution was named 'Zodiaque High' and had it's foundation near the hill slopes.
Speaking of the hills, the Hunter's considerably big estate, was bustling with yelling. Sienna Hunter, the sports and combat trainer of the High School, called once again, "SAGITTARIUS HUNTER! HOW COULD YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT?!" She screamed at her son, Sagittarius Hunter, who seemed to be ignoring her, pacing his steps along the wooden floors of the house. He rolled his eyes at the situation and turned back to face his mother, "with my mouth." Sienna gasped quite audibly, "Jason, I swear it isn't too late to put him up for adoption!" Her husband, Jason Hunter, laughed nervously as he grasped her shoulder comfortingly. "Sie, calm down hun."
Sagittarius Hunter groaned at his parents and made his way to his room. On the way, he passed by another room occupied by his adopted sister, Pisces Hawthorne-Hunter. His parents had adopted her 5 years ago, when he was still 11. He remembered the shock he experienced, when he was first told that he now had an elder sister. Well, she was only 7 months older than him. He despised his parents for that decision, wasn't he enough? Was he that bad that they had to get another kid? He despised Pisces even more, who does she think she is, trying to claim a spot in the Hunter Family?
But Sagittarius buried all those thoughts away for now, when Pisces brushed past him. She turned back to quickly apologise and flash him a small smile, then scurried off to her adoptive parents. Sagittarius clicked his tongue, he hated her even more, for not hating him back. She always tried to get Sagittarius to open up around her but she would evidently fail.
Pisces frowned when she saw Sienna behaving like an angry Chihuahua and faced Jason, who was practically holding Sienna back from hurting their son. "Dad? What's up with Mom?" Jason grunted in defeat as Sienna managed to slip away and chased after Sagittarius. The house soon filled up with the unrhythmic series of hurried footsteps.
He looked at his daughter and placed a hand on her head. "Well Pi, me and your mother were talking about how we would like to take you two to Proxus, to introduce you to your grandparents for the first time and then Sag barged into our conversation and said some... Stuff." Pisces smiled at her father, "said what?" "Nothing." "Tell me dad, I wanna know." Pisces insisted. Jason sighed in defeat, the background know filling up with Sag's 'But it's true!' and Sienna's 'I don't give a fuck, she's your sister!' and more footsteps in the distance. "He said that you don't belong here and how they would be disgusted to have you as their grand daughter. " Jason confessed and Pisces shook it off. "That's it? Don't worry, that's typical Sag! I hear it all the time from him."
Pisces thought to herself, Yeah, I hear it all the time from him...
--------------------------
Sienna Hunter got into the driver's seat, ushering her husband to get seated beside her, but Pisces got in instead. She knew that if she sat beside Sagittarius, an argument would ensue. Her father sat behind with his son. Sienna was a coach at their high school, so she would drive them there. She would drive Jason to his workplace downtown, near the Bell's bakery.
The car ride was silent, only Pisces and Jason Hunter spoke while they tried to lighten their mood, but the raging demeanor of Sienna never left. They soon reached the downtown and Jason got off, signing a good luck to Pisces for trying to lighten the mood. But what could she do alone?
