After their discussion, Kazuhiko and the clan head returned to the hall.

Upon their arrival, the hall was already filled with the presence of the elders.

All eyes turned to Kazuhiko and the clan head, filled with anticipation.

Even the First Elder who had been injured before came over, his wound bandaged, and he casually took a seat, still bearing a few visible injuries, in the corner observing the scene.

As Kazuhiko chatted and laughed with the clan head, their camaraderie was evident, even to the casual observer.

"The relationship between the future clan head and the clan head is even closer than expected!"

Kazuhiko remained silent and, guided by a nod from the clan head, took his place at the head of the table.

He noticed that members of the Uzumaki clan had begun to gather in the hall. Some even stood outside, patrolling and keeping watch.

Kazuhiko's heart felt a sense of reassurance as more and more of their own people assembled.

"At last, a united front."

With a focused gaze, Kazuhiko addressed the gathering, setting a serious tone from the start.

"Dear clan members, we cherish peace. But remember, peace is ensured through resilience, not compromise."

These words were met with silent nods of agreement from the assembled members.

Gesturing to the map of the Land of Whirlpools behind him, Kazuhiko continued, "Our border is this coastline. We must hold it steadfastly. We are outnumbered and outmatched, so we cannot engage recklessly."

He emphasized, "Memorize this doctrine: Advance when the enemy advances, pursue when they retreat, disturb when they are stationed, and strike when they are tired."

"Exploit our terrain advantage to snipe at the enemy. Our top priority is our own survival. Even in victory, if we lose too many, it's still a defeat. Each and every one of you is vital to our clan."

Kazuhiko's gaze swept the room, and his tone grew more intense. "Implement this strategy diligently. Fight intelligently, avoid unnecessary risks, and act only with certainty."

"Retreat if victory isn't assured. Strike hard if it is!"

Kazuhiko acknowledged that the invading force might think the Uzumaki were an easy target due to their smaller numbers. He aimed to shatter that misconception and rally the clan.

"Our initial target should be their Genin and Chunin. Don't underestimate their Jonin. Retreat if they intervene, unless you're fully confident. Your survival is paramount."

Kazuhiko turned to face the clan head and declared, "Lord clan head, with your knowledge of the Land of Whirlpools, arrange traps along the coastline. This is the only feasible landing point."

He recognized his limitations in tactical planning and deferred to the clan head's expertise.

Exiting his seat, Kazuhiko observed the clan head organizing the strategy.

"Brother Kazuhiko!"

A young girl with fiery red hair tugged at his sleeve.

"Kushina, what brings you here?"

Kushina met his gaze, her grip tightening on his sleeve as she spoke resolutely, "I want to help too! I was downstairs and heard your speech. Damn Konoha!"

Though her words were a bit jumbled, Kazuhiko understood her intentions.

He considered sending her away but reconsidered, thinking she could be given a role.

"Alright then, your responsibility will be aiding the elderly, women, and children in relocating. Report if you need assistance."

Expecting reprimand, Kushina was surprised by his response.

"Thank you, Brother Kazuhiko. I'll do my best. I won't let you down!"

Her face flushed with excitement, she tried to appear mature, but her enthusiasm gave her away.

Kazuhiko smiled and patted her head, acknowledging her determination.

"You've got this."

Kushina blushed deeper, overwhelmed by his praise. The scene didn't escape the attention of the others in the room, causing a few shared knowing smiles and quiet chuckles.
