Apple Jack was working on the farm with her brother, Picking apples and crops, Big Mac had came across his sister.. His sister coughing up blood with black on her hooves and rotting skin and less hair than before

This is stage 2 of the rot
Still ill and unable for her brain to function, meat rotting and falling off, hair falling out, hooves turning black

He looked down in horror and disgust

Big Mac:
"A-APPLE JACK"
Apple Bloom:
"P-please I don't wanna die from this please kill me PLEASE-"

Apple bloom had been interrupted by her head being cut off by Apple Jack

Big Mac:
"W-WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY"
Apple Jack:
"It had to be done. I seen these things in the forest she was gonna kill us and there was no saving her. I'm more hurt than you. I'm sorry Mac.."
Big Mac:
"I'll bury her body in her favorite spot.."
Apple Jack:
"DONT TOUCH THAT BODY. WE HAVE TO BURN HER"
Big Mac:
"apple Jack what do you know.."

Apple Jack abruptly ended Big Macs life with a swing to the face..

Apple Jack:
"it's for the best- my grandma.."

Apple Jack ran to her grandma

Granny Smith:
"I saw what you did child.. why.. why kill your brother..?"
Apple Jack:
"He was contaminated.. he touched the body.. the guys they where black infested with infection.. he was gonna die anyways.."
Granny Smith:
"it's really that bad my Apple..?"
Apple Jack:
"Yes granny.."
Granny Smith:
"I'm old Apple.. I'm very old.. I don't have much time and I'll slow you down.. Please just promise me it won't hurt and you'll bury me with my Tree my little Apple.."
Apple Jack:
"I swear Granny.. I swear.."

Apple Jack had started up a kettle with water to make tea with

Granny Smith:
"I remember when you were Apple blooms age.. so small.. so eager to get your cutie mark.. just like her.. she just got her cutie mark you know that? It was the cutest little flower ever.."

Apple Jack was stirring the tea with her spoon when she added the pills in

11 pills.. made into a powder and put in a cup..

Apple Jack:
"I love you Granny.."
Granny Smith:
"I'm old dear child.. very old.. I know what's to come.. it's the worst but I mustn't slow you down.."

Her breathing got harder and slower

"Oh my dear dear Apple Jack I know this may be hard.. But it's for the best.. I love You Apple"

Apple Jack:

Apple buried her grandma but never dared to look at her siblings..

She sat in her house for hours alone debating on ending her own life or trying to find a cure when her mind went to Twilight.. she had to find twilight.. so her adventure began of going to Twilight's house..
