Hello, my name is Georgina, but no one calls me that unless they're mad at me, so I go by Georgie. Anyway I'm 16 years old and I just started my junior year of high school. Yea, I've made some close friends but I'm no one special, I'm clumsy and most of the time I think too hard.
My closest friends are Katherine (she goes by Kat) she has soft, striaght brown hair, and soft brown eyes to match her hair, but when she gets mad, her eyes turn a solid dark brown (nearly black) and they become cold as ice. My other friend Liz, has bleach blonde hair and light grey eyes, she always makes sure to look nice where ever she goes, and she always succeeds. And the last of these three people that actually gets me is my friend Jack. He has greyish blue eyes and light brown hair that he always styles up into and quiff. He likes to wear string and hemp bracelets.
As for me, I have beachy blondish/brown hair with natural soft waves, and light brown eyes, I'm also small, or as my dad used to call me, petite. He died when I was 13 years old from a brain tumor. He meant everything to me, we would read books together and he let me drive the car. It was one of those cheezy father daughter relationships, but I didn't care how cheezy it was, I still enjoyed it. As for my mom, she is conceited and selfish, she doesn't care about how the death of my father might have effected me. But one thing about her, she is beautiful. I never understood how my father stayed with my mom as long as he did, he was not one to just go for looks in a woman. But no matter how much my mom acts the way she does, I still love her, she is my mother. On another note, none of my close friends have perfect parents or a perfect life, I guess that's why we get along so well, because we get eachother an get how we feel.

*Georgie's POV*
Today is the first day of Junior year, which means two years (school years) until we graduate from high school. Today what I'm wearing is a floral dress, white tights, uggs, a varisty jacket, mascara and along with my ramones wrist band and my backpack. http://www.polyvore.com/georgies_first_day_school/set?id=76830759 .
I just brush out my hair and let it fall in it's natural waves/curls. I go downstairs and see a note on the table, it says, Dear Georgie, I already went to work, take out garbage x mom also, my mom works at a hospital she is the receptionist.
After I take out the garbage I start walking to school, usually when people come back from summer, they are hugging eachother and telling eachother how much they missed one another. Me, Kat, Liz and Jack don't do that, mostly because we hang out all summer. In fact we hung out yesterday, but we still like to pretend to be all dramatic, like we haven't seen eachother all summer.
Once I get there, I start searching for one of my friends, intantly I see gelled hair and bracelets. "JACKIEEE!!!" I scream, he turns around.
"GEORGIE!!!"
We dramatically run towards eachother, he picks me up and spins me around, "IT'S BEEN SO LONG!" He yells putting me down.
I grab his hands, "I'VE MISSED YOU!"
I hear an "ahem" and I turn around to see Liz and Kat.
"GEORGIE MY BABY!" Liz yells
"Ok, ok enough of this silliness" says Kat laughing.
Then, the bell rings and we all check out schedule, we only have a few classes together, but it's ok because there is always lunch and after school.

Finally lunch comes around, were all talking about random things when Liz says something.
"Don't look now Georgie, but hot new guy is looking at you" she winks at me.
I make sure he is not looking, so I can turn around and see who she was talking about.
"Oh, he is kinda cute, who is he?" I say
"I heard his name is Aidan, he just moved here, he's in 11th grade just like us" says Kat.
"Why did he move here? Sounds a little suspicious to me" Jack says.
"Aww does Jackie have a wittle crush on Georgie?" Liz says in a baby voice.
"Hahaha no" Jack says sarcastically.
"Come on Jack, we've been secretly hiding our love!" I say dramatically throwing my arms over him.
"You guys are silly" Kat smiles.
The bell rang which meant our next class, mine was art. I say goodbye to all my friends and start walking to class. I feel someone tap my shoulder, "yes?" I say turning around.
"Hey" I see Aidan standing there smiling a little bit.
"Hey" I say smiling back.
"I'm Aidan"
"I'm Georgina I mean Georgie" I say acting like I don't already know his name.
"Nice you meet you Georgina I mean Georgie" He laughs a little bit.
"Well, you can call me Georgie, people only call me Georgina if they're mad at me" I say
"Well, Georgie, you want to walk to class together? What class do you have now?" he asks
"Sure, and I have art"
"I have art too, now I wont be bored" He winks
I laugh at his cheeky action.
"We should get going before were late" I say

At the end of the day I decide to walk home with Jack since we live so close, and Kat lives the opposite way of me, and Liz's mom usually picks her up right after.
While I start walking with Jack, I hear someone call my name, I look back to see Aidan trying to catch up to me.
"Hey Georgie, I never got your number" He says once he catches up.
"Do you have a pen?" I ask.
He grabs his backpack and pulls one out, he hands it to me.
I grab his hand and write it.
"I'll text you" he smiles.
"I'll respond" I say in the same tone.
Then he turns around and walks to his car.
Once I get home, I say goodbye to Jack and go inside. I walk into the living room to see my mom laying on the couch watching t.v.
"Hi mom"
"Hello"
"How was your day?" I ask
She sighs annoyed,"Look Georgie, I'm tired and I have a headache, do you mind?"
"Sorry" I mumble.
She wonders why I'm so quiet.
