♡ Honestly, there isn't much you can do that will make the Outlaw faint or pass out.
♡ However, there are things you can do to get him hot and bothered - so much so that he has to excuse himself before he can act on his animal instincts.
♡ Straddling him, exposing parts of yourself that aren't necessarily sexual but evoke a primal feeling in the Outlaw (shoulders, hips, thighs, chest), or - and this is a big one - carding your fingers through his hair are certified methods to make him go feral.
♡ He loves, I repeat, LOVES having his hair pulled. Any kind of stimulation to his scalp that isn't intentionally hurtful makes his brain go brrrr. He's not used to letting anyone close enough to touch him in a way that is gentle, so to have you do so is enough to make him relax to the point of sleep. Which, in this case, is the closest you can get to making him pass out.
♡ As for the other things, these are typically behaviours you'll have to exhibit in a particular pattern in order to get an optimum reaction out of the Outlaw.
♡ Engaging in intimate behaviours - even if they aren't outright or implicitly sexual - in small amounts and not very often is enough to get the Outlaw hot under the collar. Increasing the frequency with which you engage in these behaviours is a good way to manipulate him into thinking you're comfortable around him, to make him believe that there's less chance of you escaping because you're being nice to the him.
