The morning after

Saphire's POV
I woke up next to Jerome and he was still sleep. I went to the bathroom and did my hygiene and took a shower then put on a tank top and gray sweatpants that said PINK in gold letters on the leg. Then I put my hair in messy bun. I still had some bruises but they didn't hurt. Once I was dressed I went downstairs and saw Jerome on the couch watching tv. I went to sit at his lap and I stared at his six pack. He lifted my chin up with his index finger and said "you like what you see." I nodded then ask did he wanna play hide and seek.

Jerome POV
She so childish sometimes. "Why you gotta be such a little kid" I asked her. She started pouting so I gave in and started counting. This girl the worst hider she was on the closet giggling and shit. I picked her up and sat her on the kitchen table then we kissed passionately. Our lips moved in sync again. Once we were done I told her I loved her and meant it. I almost forgot her suprise, I went to get the dress, and heels I bought for her. The dress was a pink strapless with a black bow in the middle, and the heels were all black. She was about to cry "Jerome these are beautiful, thank you". " Go change I have a surprise for you tonight".

Saphire POV
I went to go change and so did he. Then we got in the car and drove for like 30 minutes to to this really expensive restaurant. When we got there the host took us to out table and I saw my bestfriend Tianna and Q. They clean up nice. Me and Tiana hugged each other and Jerome and Q did their little man hand shake. After we ate we all went for a walk on the beach.
Jerome- can I ask you something fire bear.
Q- bro I'm telling you that nick name is weird.
Jerome- can you go play in the sand or something and give us some privacy please. Anyway Saphire can I give you a promise ring please.
Saphire- Yes
It had our initials engraved on it I was speechless. He probably could tell I didn't know what to say he just picked me up and we kissed as he carried me to the car. "Will you take a shower with me" Jerome asked. I nodded then we got in the shower and he saw all my bruises again from that night. He pulled me closer to him. Then we finished washing up I put in my pajamas then we went to sleep.
