Nothing to Everything

Chapter 2**

Carmen's POV

I'm so happy at this moment that nothing could bring me down. We all put on our rings and headed off to the boardwalk. We drove fast and wild all the way there. The boys were doing tricks and hollering. I was speeding and enjoying being with people who really care for me. Once we made it to the boardwalk, we parked our bikes in their normal spots. I hopped off my bike and went straight to Dwayne's arms. He picked me up and put me on his back and started walking off somewhere.

"Hey where are we going?"

"It's a surprise princess" He said as he squeezed my thighs

We walked for 10 more minutes until we reached where we were going. He brought me to a far part of the beach and it looks like he put a little date together for me. There was a blanket laid out with food and drinks set up on it. I could see fireflies flying around. It was so beautiful and so freaking sweet of him to do this for me.

"What's wrong love? Don't you like it?" Dwayne asked looking scared

"I love it. This is the best thing someone has done for me in a long time."

"What was your life like before you ran away?" Dwayne asked me "You don'y have to tell me if you don't like"

"No I'll tell you and you can tell your brother for me please?"

He nodded his head so I started telling him everything. From the yelling to the hitting. I thought they were my family but I just didn't.

Flashback started

It was 3 days after Renesmee was born and Bella was waking up at any minute. So we were all just waiting. "Mom" and "Dad" were supposed to take me to my dance classes. But "Mom" had Renesmee in her arms and "Dad was right next to her cooing at her. I tried to get their attentions but nothing was working.

"Mom dad we have to get going to make it to class"

"Carmen honey not now we still have 3 hours" 'Mom' said

"No we have 10 minutes now"

"Are you back talking to me you little brat?" She yelled at me

"No I promise I was just.."

Before I could finish what I was saying 'Mom" well Rosalie slapped me. I thought 'Dad' well Emmett did nothing back walk away for us. I tried to get back up but she keep hitting me and calling me awful names. After about an hour she left me alone on the floor crying out for help. But no one cared they all walked by and threw hits and kicks at me. After Bella was awake Carlisle came up to me.

"Bella is awoke go get yourself cleaned up and just stay out of site" He told me

So that is what I did I went to my room and stayed there. I would stay beat just because I could not fight back.

Flashback end.

After I was done telling him everything I have been through and the reason I left while no one was home. Once done we just sat there and he held me in his arms. It was nice to be held like this. It made me feel so fucking important. Dwayne makes me feel like I am worth something. Hell he makes me feel like I'm worth everything and so much more. We spend another 2 hours just eating and talking. He told me about his life and how he meet the boys. I talked about my dancing.

"You have to dance for us when we get home" he said

"Maybe if you can behave"

"Oh I can behave princess" he said with a smile
