"Kiss."

**Location: Lucas's house. Time: 1:20am.**
The house was dark and cold, Lucas lead me to his room quietly not to wake up his mom. He slowly opened his room door and closed it behind us and turned on the room light.

"Okay, so you can take the bed and I'll take the floor." He said as he took off his shirt and opened his drawer and got another shirt.

I zoned out by the way his chest was on full display, that was until he said some sly remark.

"You like what you see New York?" He said with that stupid smirk on his face.

"As if." I said as I rolled my eyes and got into his bed as he turned off the room light.

I laid in the bed for a good 15 minutes, just staring off into space.

"Lucas." I whispered.

"Yes New York." He said.

"We can share the bed." I said quietly as I watched as he got up from the floor and got into bed next to me.

We laid in bed next to each just staring at each other.

I felt as his face got closer to mine.

As he got closer to kiss me, I pulled away.

"No. You're dating Brooke." I said trying to cover up and act like I didn't want him to kiss me.

"She dumped me before she left the party with Tim." He said.

"So technically, I'm not dating her and it wouldn't be cheating." He said.

I mean he had a point but I wouldn't ever do that to my sister, or...

No! I wouldn't, I couldn't!

** In the morning.**

I had woken up way before Lucas and god he even looks hot when he's sleeping.

I got out of bed and walked towards his bathroom and washed my face and looked around for a spare toothbrush.

After all that I went into the kitchen to find something to and opened the fridge, that was until I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist and a head on my shoulder.

"Morning New York." I heard Lucas mumble.

"Okay um, why are you acting like this? I haven't seen you in years and now you're acting all lovely dovey like my sister didn't just break up with you."

I said as I unwrapped his arms from around my waist.

"What's the problem? Is it Brooke?" He asked clueless.

"Yes! Do you not think it's weird that you've dated my sister and you're doing all this?" I said as I put on my shoes.

"It's not like we haven't dated before! We could try again!" He said as he sat in front of me as I put on my shoes.

"No! No, no, no! We dated for like a month while I was in New York, then I find out from my sister that you guys are dating! See that's your problem Lucas, you act like your whole life is basketball, just throwing and passing around girls hearts and sadly I was one of them!" I said as I tied my shoes and grabbed my things and walked out the house as he followed.

"Elena! Wait! Listen to me!" He yelled after me.

"No Lucas Scott! I'm done!" I said as I started to walk home.
